I love coming here! I always feel welcomed and the customer service here is excellent! They are always friendly and so helpful! Megan helped me today and she was so nice and also very informed about all of the products. I prefer to come here instead of Jacksonville because they really have that friendly, small town feeling. I love Trulieve and I am a very satisfied customer! Every time I come here I have a good experience and I wish I could remember the names of everyone that has helped me, they have all been so nice and patient! I will be coming back here for a while!!

I can't say enough about he staff at Trulieve. Two visits ago, I was assisted by Danny. Danny has a wealth of knowledge on Trulieve products and Medical Marijuana. Ask him anything, I'll bet he has the answer. Ashley also assisted that day. So shout out to Ashley as well.During my visit yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting Joy. I really made her work hard for me. I had questions, additions, returns ... she ran around that store, happily, and met every need. As a bonus, she was a lot of fun.I trust Trulieve products. Trulieve has been my preferred dispensary since I first went to them in Jacksonville in early 2017.Thank you, Trulieve, for your extraordinary staff. And opening the St Augustine dispensary.

Always get wonderful service and always able to put a smile on my face Cristi is a wonderful woman and gets me in and out fast every time I get paired with her and always answers any questions I may have and makes sure I don't have any before I leave the store, Meghan is wonderful also she always makes you just want to be happy for no reason and puts a smile on your face she is amazing and always makes sure your well taken care of weather your trying to get into the store fast and get out or browse around and ask questions she's always helpful and seems like she actually enjoys helping and answering any questions you do have and if you need good quality product and want to actually enjoy your time in the store also then this is the place to come down and hang out with all the fine people here it's one of the best stores IV been to yet and this will be the only one I go to for now on

The staff is exceptional, very knowledgeable about products that will help the patient instead of selling them the most expensive items. Cody is a great consultant that can guide you through what helps and doesn't. Highly recommended

I recently just went to this location due to not enjoying any of the other dispensaries in the area and I have to admit this is my new favorite spot. Not just for the awesome products and quality but DEFINITELY the staff. I HIGHly recommend going and seeing the one and only Meghan at this location. She is knowledgeable of all their products, super kind, and will help you make the perfect choice. Thank you Meghan!

Fast and friendly, Peyton is awesome. He was super welcoming and told us about the deals and what he recommended. Christi sold me some stuff also, she is great and knowledgeable as well. They have dog treats for your dogs!!! Torri is cool too :)

I strongly recommend this place for your dispensing needs. I am new to this whole process and came in and Celeste was so helpful and made me feel good. I was no nervous and felt like they would think I was dumb by not knowing the difference but she took her time to help me with everything. Celeste is a true asset/employee to your company

Mia & Celeste are outstanding Budtenders! They always have steered me in the right direction and I am sincerely grateful. This location has phenomenal customer service including short wait times and knowledge staff. As a company Trulieve is impressive because they do things like offer Breast Cancer Awareness swag with all of the proceeds going to the cause. I can even bring my dog on my visits!
