Honestly I'm so annoyed at this point idk if I'll go back to trulieve. They have to get it together. I've been spending good money at this dispensary and no others for the past two years I've been a card holder. I go friday as a walk in. Even willing to wait the hour they told me approximately for the wait. They took my number said they would text me. So I decided to go to the store quick and stay in the area. Well i never received anything. Didnt get to get what I need. Tried to call to see I'd the wait was long so I can maybe get it before work. After being on hold 10 mins I was already there. Now I told itll be about 30 mins before I even get let in. So I have to leave empty handed again. I decide to call again to discuss the matter with a higher level. Call and wait on hold for about 30 mins while I was setting up at work. Ended up having to hang up. Thought I might try the chat out. But now even with the chat I have to wait. I'm kinda over it at this point and I'll shop elsewhere.

Very disappointed the last two times I shopped at this location. Other Trulieve locations seem to be ran much better than this one. Was taken off the list after already handing my card in and being texted im ready to go to showroom. Ended up waiting another 30 minutes. This has happened many times before hand. Placed an order and was told it was ready for pick up. Wait the 30 minutes to tell me that the order is not in stock. This has happened twice. No calls or emails telling me other wise. The staff doesnt seem interested in helping only just making up excuses. I seem to get better service at McDonalds spending $10 dollars than here when spending $200. Please beware if you shop here. I have been to many other dispensaries without any of these problems. I would not have posted this if anyone at the store answered the phone but just add that to the on growing list of problems.

Best flower aroundMondays (27.00 eigths) and Thursdays (25.00 quarters of preground) get pretty busy so expect to wait a little while. In my experience the wait is worth it. You can always order online and the process is much faster than walking in. Product and price is unmatched. 💚

Website is horrendous, chat feature Never works.The wait on phone is ridiculous at times n yesterday made an order but never got text to say it was ready n now it was cancelled. I've called to fix my password that doesnt seem to work anymore n no one from I.T ept has called me either. On phone waiting and waitingPeople are nice but customer service w phone chat n website terrible

Absolute worst system i have seen in any dispensary in Florida! You order online and they said wait for the confirmation text. 2 hours later, i get a message saying "order has been packaged up and ready for pickup." I drive 45mins and they tell me its a hour wait. I have been to this location 5 times now and the last 4 times its been horrendous. They give me then same reason.. "everyone just happened to come at the same time." I have been all different times and same answer! The parking lot is so packed, there isnt anywhere to park. There is absolutely no sense of urgency. I will not be coming back to this location again, regardless of the inventory. Whoever runs this location or is in charge of the process needs to make some serious changes.

I have worked in Customer Service for over a decade and I have to say a certain employee won me over. I recently(within the past 6 mo) started going to Trulieve only for my medicine. Your system is quircky sometimes and every once in a while you have inventory issues, but whatever it may be, I would trust Jose would get the job done in the most efficient and in such a respectful manor that makes you feel comfortable and satisfied. Jose is a Model employee, i have had him the last 3 times and he gave me a heads up about my points and all of the latest deals and new products. Jose is an asset to your store and the person who hired him has a good eye for excellence. Thank you for your timeAaron THIS IS FOR THE TAMPA, FL LOCATION

Seems the attitude has become "we have the best quality for the best price so you will be back!" I TRIED! I have been loyal to Trulieve as my primary cannabis supplier for 2 yrs, but that has ended!. I have watched a progressive decline in the customer service due to the locations absolute inability to handle the demand. The past 5 trips i made i was forgiving due to the amount of people and COVID issues, but customer service has been thrown out the door! The employees are overwhelmed and have lost their patience with customers.

I placed an online order at approximately 3 pm. I expected a long wait time as the website advised me to. I received an order confirmation text message stating my order had been confirmed and that I would receive a text when ready. As Trulieve closes at 8 pm, by 6 pm I became concerned and decided to track my order status only to find my order had been canceled. In retrospect, I should have tracked the order status sooner that 2 hours prior to close, but I was respecting the likelihood that the shop would be flooded with orders to prepare. I had received no notification in any form of this cancellation. At this point, I began calling. I called three times. The first two calls, left me waiting for 15 minutes only to be abruptly disconnected from the call. For the third call, I waited on hold for eight minutes and decided to just drive there. I arrived at 7:40 pm and after a 40 minute drive and waiting for quite some time in the line, I made it to the front at 7:57 pm. After I went through the trouble of explaining the entire scenario to the manager of the store, I was ultimately sent away without my medication, with no apology and no offer to assist in this situation or make it right. I explained that this is the only day I could get it due to my busy work schedule and asked if any exception could be made, but this was met with carelessness and arrogance. The responses I received were limited to the following: “ it must have been canceled because of insufficient stock”, “other people drive an hour to an hour and a half to get here” and “ When you don’t get here until 7:58...”. And “everybody has a special circumstance”. I am sure I don’t need to explain to anybody that this is illustrates an absolute lack of appropriate customer service and a gross lack of compassion for the patient. I have been a loyal customer for more than three years and I drive 40 minutes to come to this specific location, even though there’s a closer dispensary in my area. I feel disregarded, not valued and gravely offended by Trulieve. Obviously, the IT department has some work to do regarding order status and notifications. There is also a tremendous need for Trulieve to show their appreciation to their patrons and train their staff accordingly.

Orders worked out well when I first started going here. They started the text message idea a few weeks ago, and the first few times was really good. Website says inventory is in stock, order goes through, and then gets cancelled for lack of inventory. I have orders cancelled with no call to offer a modification. Now the text messages don't even come, even though I say yes when prompted to opt in to text messages. I keep checking the order status and just go there after it says completed, if it gets completed since they can't seem to keep enough flower in stock. Online inventory tracking platform is shoddy at best. Service has definitely declined since I got my card less than a year ago.

First time and possibly the last time I use Trulieve. I placed a delivery order Sunday night! My delivery was set for Tuesday at 10:30 AM. I called them and ask to change the delivery time due to working a 12 Hr shift. I talked with the delivery driver. She assured me the delivery will be changed to 530 PM. 6:30 PM came and still no delivery. I called her and she stated. It was moved to tomorrow. She didn't make the drop off in time for my delivery. I asked to speak with a supervisor. She stated no problem I will call him and have him call you. Only supervisor are allowed to make a later drop off. I'm still waiting for her and or a supervisor to call me. I have called her 3 times with no response. This is absolutely unacceptable business behavior. I also waited 35 mins when I called the store. Nobody answers. I ended up hanging up! Your in business for the patient's. Act professional!
