This is the best dispensary in my opinion. You get the most for what you spend, and they have discounts and loyalty points program. The staff has always been fantastic. At the Venice and Port Charlotte location. Trulieve saved my life.

hit or miss, mostly miss. Inventory system unreliable, wait times outrageous. How many times I have been there and the order been wrong and not available. Many times waiting and leaving with nothing.

This is hands down the best staff of any local business. The staff is what makes people like me keep my business at this particular location.Always friendly, patient, full of good information. From the front desk, to the back of the house, everyone is professional and helpful. I appreciate them.

While the people are very nice I have left without my medicine in 1 of 4 visits,the website says they have something and they don't or the wait is ridiculous70 minutes and I was told at least 30 more.I have used 2 other locations and I'm in and out.Need to find a new dispensary that values the time of sick people
