Feedback:

Always have the worst experience with staff here. None are polite except for the blonde girl who wears a face mask with leaves on them. Every other staff member I’ve come in contact with are very rude and impolite. They say they are taking online and call-in orders, but good luck getting anyone on the phone!! I’ve gone hours calling back to back to ask for advice on which strain to choose and never once been able to speak to someone. Oh and if you are one of the “rare” smokers that actually like to at least SEE your options before you make a choice, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! They don’t let you choose and if you try to order more than one strain to view before buying, they’ll make a big deal out of it! Every online order takes over an hour and they are always complaining about how busy they are, but every time I show up no one is ever waiting! If it wasn’t for their 15% online order discount, I wouldn’t keep coming here for ounces! Worst dispensary to go to in the whole CITY if a good experience means anything to you! Going to start driving 30 minutes to Bloom just so my mood isn’t ruined before I medicate!
