I moved in a few months ago and so far my experience has been overall pleasant. Monique in the leasing office was very helpful, kind, and professional throughout the leasing process. Leah and Barbara in the leasing office have also been professional and courteous. Rent is reasonable. The grounds are well maintained and the maintenance team seems to respond to requests/concerns pretty quickly. The laundry facilities are clean and well maintained. I feel safe at this complex overall and there is a sense of community here. Tenants are friendly and there are usually no issues with noise/disturbances. I plan to call this place my home for the long term.My only criticism is I wish Scotia Group would prohibit tobacco use inside the units and designate outdoor smoking areas on the property instead. One of my neighbors is a heavy smoker and I smell their cigarettes in my apartment (even with the windows and door closed) at least once a day which is very unpleasant. Although I understand it is a person's right to smoke tobacco, it should not (or at the very least minimally) impact the comfort and quality of life of those around them.

The staff is great but their corporation office is horrible they literally denied me an apartment because of a error on my credit from 5 years ago they literally asked me for proof I which I gave them and instead of actually just giving me a deposit even though I told them what was on my credit and they still took my money for an application they denied me they did not return me my money and was kind of just like "oh well at least we tried to put the application through" like I said the staff at the actual apartments are really nice but as far as the corporation their corporate office is not looking to help anybody out I work at a call center and I have a lot of friends and people who are looking for apartments I definitely will be letting them know NOT to come here not everybody has perfect credit but it seems like even if you don't have great or good credit you still won't be giving a chance they're literally not giving me a home for something that happened when I was 24 years old thanks Greenleaf for taking my money

First time living in an apartment and they made the process simple and easy. They have a fully equipped kitchen that made our move so much better. It’s a family oriented atmosphere and I feel safe walking around on my own. My favorite part is that they have a wonderful gym that I use daily! My boyfriend loves the pool/spa. There is a variety of stores and restaurants less than 5 minutes away.

When I moved in a year ago, the place was a lot nicer. Since then, multiple good people have been evicted and new management has taken over. Since the construction started, cockroaches and crickets are abundant. There have been many miscommunications and they tried to overcharge us on rent when we were late once. Also, don't let them trick you. "All utilities included" means everything BUT electric, and you can't control the temperature so expect to live in an eighty to ninety degree house all summer long... Imagine getting three months of electric bills in the mail suddenly threatening to turn off your A/C if you don't pay when you were told ALL utilities included, even electric. That's why we chose this place, it seemed affordable before then. Mold.... in the shower, in all of the vents, I've felt sick for almost three months now and I can't afford to go to a doctor. The front office is very sneaky and will try to scam you out of every little thing they can. You are better off living in a box off miracle mile, there will be less cockroaches. I've also been told by multiple people that they have seen homeless men bathing themselves and stealing clothes from the laundry rooms... Can't attest for myself, but sometimes it's clean and all the machines work, sometimes it's not. I've had a wonderful experience with maintenance though. Very polite, thorough, timely and helpful. Some of the neighbors absolutely made the experience

Ive lived here almost 4 years and Ive never had any problems that didnt get resolved immediately or the next day. I too have a loud noisy neighbor but she works from home I dont I get out so that solves that for me. Ive had plumbing issues and were fixed immediately. Ive also had incidents were I had help from the night patrol that came and assisted me in a rapid manner. Over all its a great place to live at everything you want or may need is at a close range and the staff is all amazing I have recommended lots of people to come in for a walk thru

I moved out about a yr ago...I liked it there for the most part. They changed hands allot, so it was hard to find any consistency in regards to repairs etc. I never had issues with bugs, but there was issues with an occasional mouse sighting. One of the main reasons I moved was because after 5 yrs of living there, they upped my rent by almost $100 which I felt was a huge jump. I'd be paying way more than.a new tenant would. I told them I couldn't do it but they were non negotiable only saying theyd give me a new dishwasher to replace the one I had, that hadn't worked in over a yr. I just felt like, as a long time tenant theyd try to work with me

Very caring and accommodating manager and assistant in a clean and safe community! I recently moved here from Sedona and was worried to find a nice and inexpensive place and, yes, did I find even more. The pool area is gorgeous, the lawn areas well taken care of, my balcony beautiful with new wood flooring, the updated 1BR unit spacious and comfortable, and the neighbors are quiet and respectful. I am glad I chose this complex and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for convenience and joyous living.

I cane fro out of town and was totally mislead about the apartment. I first had the wrong apartment number and no one correct me u til I got here. I was told I could hook up my bank Account, but the office gal didn’t know how to do that and I was forced to go and get money orders. My apartment has a terrible smell to me like old ashtrays., and all of my helpers agreed with me but of course none of the staff cold smell it. Day 2 came the roaches, thank god I had no unpacked. The big man sprayed only in the kitchen and bathrooms and layers the ugliest brown lines of bait all over the edges of the counters that I get to look at everyday. Day 3-4 more bugs and constant head aches from the smell. I work from home so you can only imagine. One Monday Adam was empathetic and promised that I could fret a different apartment. Found out Wednesday that Adam wit and Renee the OM had no concern about my situation. Forgot this, before coming I called to find out about y Dish if I could get it installed and she to.d me that I was covered in tree I was in the SHADE were her exact words and that the other apartment would be worse for sun exposure because it faced south. Well absolutely no shade at this apartment and I had to put up black out curtains. I live in a cave now.My neighbor has screaming kids that bang on the door when someone leave and the new upstairs ones I think are being in an army by the sound of it. The sliding doors are on backwards making it impossible to has a secure dog door, the new refrigerator makes noises everyime after yo go in there, The pool is Marley and the spa is roped off and I was told it has been like that for a year. There is road construction out front. The grounds are never cleaned even though I was told they go around every morning, and my reply was well then why is there a dead bird still outside the office. The reply I got was well they are men! The back laundry room is full of trash, the trash can by my place smells like a dirty diaper and has for the whole week I have been here. There are several stray cats around and yes of course urine smell is out there too! Oh and don’t worry if you have a pit bull must tell them it’s a mix breed because they have those here and German Shepard that they say are resitricted. They will tell you that you aircome in for your own duct you don’t share with anyone but why do I smell cat and cigarettes if that is true, oh ay e the ducts are broke just as most of everything else here, or like the office said it’s an led building.. if cit is old they why could thing not be broken??? Do you self a favor go anywhere but one of their properties. The reviews are true don’t get stuck in this hole!

I just wasted my gas and my time to be snubbed by a rude condescending woman named Barbara who took one look at my sons tatoos and said he couldnt look with us. She failed to mention if we had poor credit we would just be declined. After trying to get our money Steer clear of this place!!! Can only imagine how poor their customer service is after you move in.

STAY AWAY!!! MANY PROBLEMS. Mice infestation. Crooked collections. The pic is of 2 dead mice. I hired a cleaning crew and left the place spotless. A month later a collection agency calls and says i owe Green leaf money. The collection agency would not provide documentation as to what i owe. AND they want my credit card number. WELL, Im NOT going to give a total rude stranger my credit card number. If you are still interested, read on, for more info. Heat and air conditioning are included, BUT, the air circulates through the apartments around you. The Lady upstairs is a heavy smoker, so my apartment smells like cigarette smoke. The office called and said they would look into the smoke issue, but now it smells even worse. Otherwise, its a great place if you are a smoker.Also, I can only pay rent with check or money order, because the first time i used their online payment system it glitched, so they banned me from paying online.Pros: nice apartments heat/ac included. Off leash dog park. Cons:Mice infestation poor ventilation leaves you smelling smoke and cooking oders from the apartments around you. They make it difficult to pay your rent. After, you leave they will turn you over to collection to try and squeeze more money out of you. Collection company is rude and wont provide documentation.THINK CAREFULLY ABOUT ALL OF THIS.
