TARA is an amazing medical dispensary I have the pleasure of working at every so often. I am a RAD vapes brand ambassador and they always make me feel at home when I work with them. It's very clean, and the bud tenders there truly care about their patients. They even have non medicated slushees! Go check them out. If you're into smoking vapes, I recommend RAD vapes Hawaiian Punch, It's a delicious hybrid.

They show you crystallized top shelf in a clear glass container looking mighty riteous, and say it's the same stuff that's in packs and containers they sell you.Then you get home and its low quality DRY DRY DRY HERBS that wasnt what they advertized( had to throw it in a Mason jar with a 62% boveda pack for 3 days, just to take the meds.Dnt waste you're gas if you're coming from out of town. Emergency only.This place lacks integrity and false advertisement tactics. You've been warned!!!

MEDICINAL 1ST TIME PATIENTS: Listen up! This place "pushed me away/ rejected me" because I didn't have my original prescription. They confirmed they would be able to verify the rec. online (while holding my ID in their hands) to verify not only my rec. but IDENTITY. This has #neversaynever NEVER happened to me before. BOYCOTT!!! I'm picketing there beginning Monday! Central CA Med Shops; you're wacked.

1st visit here was a few months ago & be'g new to all this was stressful for me. I didn't want to go to any sleezy, dirty or questionable places. After go'g thru the door the staff made B & I feel better. They were helpful by answer'g our questions & gave us lots of info on the products. I was afraid of do'g this but after 22+ years of pain I want to try someth'g new cs meds don't seem to be help'g me & I don't want to take more. I'm tired of liv'g in this med fog, I'm ready to be free!! 😊 Thank you‼

i give this 5 stars because out of all the dispensaries in the valley they are the most organized. Not only can you pay with debit/credit but you get a receipt for all trans actions. The selection of flower is always abundant and the edibles they have are by far the best and most potent. My only complaint is that i wish they would extend the hours to 8:00

I am a long time member, since they were on m street. they have top notch herb, the owner takes great pains to get authentic clones, grows only from stuff he gets from the actual breeders of the strains. their oils, waxes, topicals and flowers are awesome, they always have a great selection of goodies. i had a green apple jolly rancher at their 420 party and really felt it good, within 45 minutes i was nicely high. TAR is the best in the central valley.

Its nice and quite sometimes they play music...they have Netflix available for customers that wait and if your a new customer you might get a nice big ol cookie!! They sell other things like candy,slushees and lotions and oils...I live in Madera and I drive all the way out to Tulare because I think its worth it..oh and they take Military Discount!!! Luchi~
