Staff are nice but ultra health prices are insane for medical. Granted this state charges 3-4 more per gram than others but ultra health is twice as much as out of state recreational, 6-7 including tax a gram but UH charges 14 before tax. Lastly the quality is very poor compared with places like Verdes or Greenleaf. Hopefully once the state goes legal we’ll have better quality and prices but for now I’d avoid ultra health, they are a rip off.

So they need to come down on some of their prices and have better deals to offer. And being located in a college area where lots of shops and eateries are. But to be so pricey and actually being in this state one of the largest dispensaries chain it make no sense that for medical marijuana a plant that grows like its street name states (WEED) meaning that this isn't a hard thing to come by. So in other words they act like they had to create make and combined whatever to produce this which isn't true. Real fact it's harder to grow bananas then it is grow medical marijuana. knowing that you can buy $0.49 a pound for bananas do the math.

I live in Santa Teresa, NM. My family & I came up to go to the zoo. I was really hurting bad with my sciatica & back/neck pain. The two ladies there (wish I remembered their names) were WONDERFUL!!!!!! So insightful & helped me get exactly what I needed. Thank you so much for helping out and the great advice! Friendly staff, some decent deals, but the owner of this particular Ultra Health is to be avoided, particularly for patients who received their medical card for PTSD; he snapped my suspenders, hard, from the back, without my knowing he was there, then said I was “asking for it” by wearing suspenders. Extremely creepy and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

The central location has a great atmosphere, Good slection of quality flower and concentrates. Staff is knowledgeable of the strains and the effects. A daily strain special would be nice though for those of us on a tight budget. But that's for you upper level execs to approve. Suttle hint just in case you missed it. And don't forget about Jay up front he's been there at birdland for decades taking care of the community and supporting local artists

When there point systems not there don't stop and purchase any thing they say they will put your points in but when the point system is back up they argue with you and then tell you well I don't know what to do the employees are rude the manager Matt is rude it's not like it use to be when Will was manager it's not about the patients any more this not a good place to get your weed unless you want to be treated poorly just as bad as sacred Gardens

I walked into Ultra Health one day for the first time and they greeted me as if I've been there before by asking me how they can help me. since this Cannabis program is new to me I wasn't sure in what to ask for to help me with my Uncontrollabl pain I face as a disabled veteran, they explained the products they had and helped me find what was according to my level of pain and other areas of concern I needed addressed I want to thank the staff for great service and understanding I highly recommend all veterans and any one who is on the medical Cannabis program go here to meet your needs they treat you like a family member and for some even better lol. Thank you Ultra Health and staff.

This was my first time visiting ultra health in Snob hill I mean Nob Hill so quite a bit of discovery was needed before throwing down $14/g. and for some reason the bud tender seemed less than happy to see me, the only patient there and one of the only to arrive for over 15 min. The bud tender did not have much enthusiasm to be working one of the best jobs on the planet, she even let out a sigh as if I was taking too long to look over the menu. The bud was decent at most and for $14/g. I expected it to be comparable to PurLife dispensary who offers Rewards and the same price for twice the results and THC. levels. They customize your order and seal the packages in front of you as you place it which is good. I think the bud tender should've offered the biggest nugz for the immediate patient instead of the smallest and trimming off the excess if they were too big for the order. Don't be stingy now it's already expensive enough without the 15% first time patient discount. The bud didn't strike a note with the person I shared it with, they complained to have gotten a "headache." I will have to try the last strain I purchased before finally deciding if I'll ever return to this place.

I have always been welcomed warmly here & they remembered my name after only 2 visits! Although sometimes they have a lack of much for choices, sometimes they have a lot. Regardless, there is always something & the quality is always very good. I too love the $10/g on Fri & Sat and they will reserve whatever you want on Thurs for pickup at $10 price on Fri. I would reccomend doing that since they sell out quickly on those days. Finally, as for taring the weighing bowl, I have observed them doing that every time.

It's sad I had to give one star just to review. Or I would have given you a -5 🌟. I was talking to the owner of birdland and he smirks at me and told me. We can charger what ever we want and people will pay it... This is quite obvious from your rip off price's. People go to a feel good place called Minerva... The love you so much they give you free weed yes a free joint every 3 visits
