It's about service, isn't it? Santa Fe cannibis stores have highs and lows when it comes to inventory, service and pricing. In the end we all want is to get in and get out with a big smile! With high turnover among bud-tenders, Ultra Health service is trying to get it right. We gave them another try and this store is better staffed. Daily Specials and loyalty card rewards. Edibles recommended. Mexico's largest purveyor of cannabis, UH has locations throughout the state. (2.10.19)

Too expensive, staff talk over each other because none seem to have a full answer to a question on their own. With some willing to just throw out answers to questions that are completely false, only to have a knowledgeable staff come give a correct answer. Then the original staff will just roll their eyes. Whatever right, only medication.

The worst dispensary does not care about patients they are trying to go after us personal production licensed growers.. these are the people behind the Republicans left over from the Susana administration ...evil greedy corporation that is Ultra health... these greedy people were the ones fighting against legalization in New Mexico... do not buy from them the medicine is the worst on the planet... full of chemicals

3 employees were standing outside smoking a public parking lot today and watched me walk into the empty store. They proceeded to publicly smoke and didnt come inside until I asked them where everyone was. After they let me stand in the empty store for 10 minutes alone! Thats when I found out that all three of them were supposed to be working. Instead they'd rather illegally publicly smoke and provide horrible service. They came into the shop with the lit blunt that they laid on the counter. Absolutely pathetic. Corporate should check on this store before they run the company into the ground.

I'm being nice cause I'm in a good mood giving Ultra 3 stars but ya'll are expensive compared to another dispensary I go to which have their 1 grams bud at $10 where Ultra cheapest 1 gram of bud is $14 (I might be wrong). With my review take into consideration where I'm on a budget for sure and I'm trying to save as much money as possible.

Worst service ever. Been there three times and same bad service everytime. Also horrible product. Nothing but shake no buds. Staff does not even know there product . They rushed me and keeped asking me if I was ready. Made me feel very uncomfortable. This is coming from a manager of polo Ralph Lauren for 3 years. So I know customer service. Last time I walked out and went to scared gardens. Will never go back. Worst service in town. Very over priced too. No deals or discounts. Only go there if you want to be ripped off and treated like garbage.

Very inconsiderate customer service. They forgot to give back my husband's drivers liscens and medical ID card which costed us half a tank of gas to drive back from Albuquerque the next day to retrieve it. They didn't care what so ever. I told them this just cost them a customer and they said and I quote that's OK we get them all the time. Never have I been treated so rudely at a medical dispensery.
