Beware fellow patients. I hope the Department of health of New Mexico sees this i will also be putting in a formal complaint .I went there 5 mins before closing and you didnt let me in thats not cool way to think about the patients. Update: Manager defended themselves by i quote "I had way too many people and i as a manager need to look out for my job." Its patients first always !

One of the worse dispensary southern New Mexico has to offer. The lady that helped (more like lack of help) my husband and I didn't listen she butted into a conversation my husband and I and started arguing with me on something she had no idea what we were talking about. We had to tell her multiple times that we want two things of wax. Had tell her a few times okay that's it we are done and all she would is stare at us. I go to dispensaries to get rid of my anxiety instead I walked out with having a full blown panic attack. Thanks Ultra sure do care about your patients. We'll be sticking to Purlife, at least they talk and laugh and make you feel welcome.
