First I had to wait for like 10 min for someone to even look at me. Then I was told you had to buy a cheap light or something. If you have to buy anything to get your birthday gift free then it's not worth my time. People go some where your Money is appreciated year round and they Actually give you a birthday gift... Some of the dispensers are really cool like 7 clovers, urban wellness, green leaf, pure life, CG Corporation go somewhere where they appreciate your money year round..

First I wanna say the staff is so nice! Super professional and not the problem. The issue is the supply. They never have product. I always have to forgo what I went in there for. And recently they were out of everything, even flower. They need a better supplier, need to change restocking days or over stock product. Which ever will help them not to be constantly dry.

James the manager was very helpful, friendly and full of information. The dispensary was clean and organized. I highly recommend this location or another one of their locations. I’m definitely a repeat customer.I recommend calling beforehand and make sure they have what your looking for.

I don't think they even deserve 1 star. They are very rude. I rather drive across town to a different dispensary. I wanted to smell the product and he wouldn't let me even put my hand on the jar. Update- 2 days ago the were completely out of flower for 2 days. So much for trying to go back.

When i came hear it was lucky it was a saturday ....cause one day a week flower is 10 dollars a gram ...but all other day its 14 a gram ! And if u use ur card there is a fee so its 17 dollars a gram 😱 ..... Its disgusting ...this is a medication that no body has insurance to help pay. For and theres no campassion for the poor with redicuals prices like this !!!

Very knowledgeable everyone that is employed there knows how to deal with medications and what to do to advise you with Weatherby eatables different things that they have each person's different so they work with you and helping to find what will relieve your pain I can guarantee anybody that frequents Ultra Health Bern did it is the most refreshing place to go for your cannabis e you won't ever be unhappy😍😉

Came in trying to sign up. Sat there for 15 minutes, without anyone even saying a word to me. I grabbed a sign up sheet, filled it out, and continued to wait without anyone even noticing I was there. Then someone stepped into the office area momentarily, and walked away. Didn't even look into the lobby, and at this point there were 2 other people there. As far as customer service goes this place is a joke. Go somewhere else if you don't want to wait forever to be seen.

I've just got to give another big FIST BUMP to the entire team at the Westside location!!! I was having an extremely hard week and I was barely going to make it by 7pm. They were slammed, but not only did they greet me with a smile, gave me water, respect, and outstanding customer service! This awesome team is the reason Ultra Health is where I shop!! Thank you guys!!!
