They used to be friendly, efficient, had good variety, and had good prices. Well, not anymore. Now, service is terrible. Prices are high and seems like there is a new person working there every time I visit. Preordered, came to pick up, some debacle with their machine so the item ordered online wasn't scanning. Once they finally got it scanned, now they tell me they can't sell me what I already ordered online but I can buy something else. No thanks and I will not be returning here ever again. If you are looking for a cheaper dispensary, look up HAVE A HEART. At least they don't seem to have terrible turnover of employees

You got to try Uncle Ikes on Capitoline Hill ,or white center! I'm from alaska and I got Green Crack 9.8 outta 10 , and Heavenly OG 8.1 out a 10 . TBH I wish I didnt feel so rushed since picking out good bud takes time . Overall I had a great experience, will come back agian! Thank you uncle Ike keep up the good work!

These guys need to learn how to properly do a "industry discount" having to have a list that each place has to send by a certain point each month to wait for a week to maybe get updated is ridiculous. I've tried for almost a year and still nothing. These are the only locations that have this micromanaged process.

I haven't gotten any of my reward points for a month, and I been trying to email them constantly, and you can't even send them an email. It always says there was an error sending the email. Their website problem is becoming enough of an annoyance to go elsewhere where I can get my reward points and my discounts.

In my opinion, the store is great, there's been a few rough patches as they tweak business operations but I otherwise feel like I'm walking into family's house. As with any store, the cheaper the price the cheaper the bud. You can't really complain if you have a narrow budget. And some of the staff is insanely friendly and knowledgeable like Lucas and a few others... it's hard for me to choose seeing as I almost always walk out smiling whether it was the bud out the tender. Keep in mind you may have a bad experience here and there whatever you go but one bad experience doesn't mean that's how it always is.

Great people great bud great store. My favorite tender is the cute white boy that works there. I almost always get him and I always get what I'm looking for when I get him. Plus he's super sweet and always friendly and welcoming.

I come here because service is pretty quick and the store is open until 11:45PM. The staff is nice and I have not had any issues.

Amazing staff and selection of product. They always take their time to explain new products, and provide me with information. As a new weed user, they are very welcoming and never treat me like I'm ignorant. My far more experienced partner loves them as well due to their amazing selection and staff. I can't recommend them enough!
