This place, doing business as Pineapple Express, has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They called me to let me know that my payment (that I made through a 3rd party app that they made me use) had been returned and that they would not only need my original payment but $50 extra for a “charge back fee”. I told them that I did not initiate the charge back, that I had made the payment and they confirmed receipt before even making the delivery. The girl on the line, her name was Stephanie, continued to disregard that I did not contact the 3rd party app to request a cancellation and said that they had all of the information that they needed. I offered to pay the original amount to make them whole after confirming with my bank that the money had been returned and she said that if I didn’t pay the extra $50 as well she would send me to collections. Send me to collections, lose my business and the business of everyone I know over $50? Proves that they really value the customers that they work with. Terrible customer service. I recommend not doing any business with these people unless you have an extra $50 and a lot of wasted time to spend on these people.

Great place, and cool staff! I used to come by regularly, and really liked the quality. The top shelf at a lot of shops doesn't really live up to the price, but at this place, it was always bomb. I won quite a few pipes and bongs from spinning the wheel. The best pre-rolled joints I've ever had were at this shop... Especially the clear ones. Their shatter/crumble is also on point.
