Awful location, poor selection, none of the employees seem happy or knowledgeable. Everytime I go in the prices, deals, product and faces are different. ATM never works and I swear they never clean. The lobby is disgusting, smells bad and everything has dust. Avoid if you have allergies. Honestly avoid in general, every dispo around them has something better to offer, like clean air.

Went to get the 8 for 88 they were advertising they said they were out of those sold me 8 grams of some other kind for for 140 something and it was the most horrible stuff I have ever had for almost twice the money and the 2 employees that were in there acted like they didn't know anything. Very disappointing I used to really like this place .

Use to be a great shop... unfortunately shady business, and horrible ownership have spiraled universal into a laughing stock... flower is horrible, point system never works, and the staff is pretty rude, at both locations... Not to mention the atm at the jason st location never works, and they never have flower on the med side... shop at redeye if your on the sw side of the city, just let these guys commit career suicide 💯

This dispensary has the worst customer service in Denver. The staff is very rude and disrespectful. They tried to keep me as a member after I asked them several times to take me out their system. They raise the prices all the time because they are always getting new management. They hung up in my face many times on the phone. This is the worst dispensary in Denver. I urge you to go elsewhere for your business. At least their store on park avenue is better. This store is terrible. I as a business owner would fire every last one of the staff members. They treat their customers terrible. Then when I voiced how I felt they put me on a ban list but still would not let go of my membership to them and didn't want to release me even though I couldn't shop with them. Worst customer service ever. You are better off shopping else where.

Keep the deals here and you will not only have my business, but my constant referrals to everyone I meet in Denver. Thanks again and cheers.

I called to verify they had evolve nano serum as it’s listed here on Weedmaps for $30 they said yes .I arrive he then tells me he only has one left but can’t sell it to me because “his system says he has none “ not only that but the price is $40 not $30 like it says on weedmaps telling me it’s usually 50 like 40 is supposed to sound better . so they don’t have their prices right , can’t sell product they have on hand cause computer glitches , first & last time won’t bother coming back . Could have found a way to satisfy the customer and honor the prices you have listed .

Was a member until today when I went in for a concentrate special only to be told they had nothing on medical side so I have to purchase from rec side but reduced cost. This is the same exact thing Sweet Leaf did and they are now out of business. I didn’t request to be removed as a member but in the time it took me to drive to another dispensary they had removed me as a member from their system. Guess they didn’t approve of me telling management to get their heads out of their a$$s and start carrying more on medical side. Guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere if they really don’t want my plant count any longer.

Seemed like an awesome dispensary the first few times I came in so I signed up with them. Terrible idea. Ever since, selection has been crap, they close before they're scheduled too and they don't keep track of your visits so now I've been screwed out of my monthly eighth of flower. To top it off, their pre rolls are unsmokable unless you re roll it yourself and it ends up about half the size. Can't wait to sign up with a different dispensary.
