I spoke with Micheal (who claimed to be the owner) on Mother’s Day and he was completely drunk. I emailed my order over like advised and 40 min later nothing. I call him back and the guy gets frustrated and hangs up in my face ! I call back and spoke with Dan who again hung up in my face ! Don’t spend your money here, they are liars and they don’t respect their customers ! I’d like to be contacted by the owner because these 2 don’t know anything about customer retention !

Price isn't everythingWas so happy to find a dispensary selling a variety of species at reasonably prices by the ounce. Delivery by Blue was excellent. But the product itself was dried out, small, woody buds. Not a lot of fun to play with. Will I buy there again? We'll see.Well, I have now used MGM on several occasions and will continue to do so. The buzz from that first buy was quite good, and while these are not the finely manicured ready-for-photo buds that are sold by the 1/8th for those ridiculous prices, this gets the job done. Period.

Chelsea Who first help me on the telephone and then when I went to go visit her was nothing but amazing and her customer service was beyond great. The budtender that was there, he was very kind and very welcoming. I've been to many dispensaries and there are a lot that have no customer service whatsoever in this town I am more than willing to drive from West Hollywood to downtown to patronize this business. The bud is good too!

I use these guys as a delivery service as I am on the westside and I do not like the long lines at the clubs here. When i ordered I was greeted by very smart phones reps and helped me pick out meds for my needs as well as advice what may not be the best which I really appreciate. The wait time if you want to call it a wait was 30 minutes during rush hour which is not to be expected but deserves to be mentioned. They also have a shop opening downtown and if they have the same quality meds and service there it will be worth the special trip. A must call for quality delivery, service and price.
