I have been using Shane for about 2.5 years now and have never had issues. He always answers calls and emails and works with my schedule. I really like the quarterly service its a set price so its great for budgeting and its a great peace of mind knowing that he is on top of things especially living in the county when an infestation can happen fast. I recommend him every chance I get

We recently moved to the south sound area and found carpenter ants in the house that weren't there during the home inspection. After reading reviews I called Echelon. Shane was prompt to respond and gave me a 2 hour window. He arrived on time and took care of the ants, dusted for a few other pests and inspected the house for signs of any other critters. bout 8 months later, as the weather changed we had sugar ants pop up in the kitchen. We called Shane and he came out a few days later. Again with a 2 hour window and on time. In each case he was knowledgeable, courteous and personable. We will use him in the future and would recommend him to anyone.

When I was told Shane was the "Bed Bug King", by the office staff, I remember thinking, "yeah right!" He came out for an inspection and found them within 10 minutes! I scheduled the appointment for a couple days later. They steamed the areas where there were active bugs, and treated the entire home. I did see a couple bugs after the treatment over a few days. I was told this would happen. They came by for a follow up about 2 weeks later and re-inspected my home. Completely gone! I've used Echelon in the past for another issue and both times I couldn't be happier! You have a customer for life!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Shane at Echelon Pest Control! I believe Shane has been exterminating bed bugs for around 10/15 years? and really knows what he's doing! 5 stars were earned! He helped my home and family with a bed bug situation and we were pleased that steam was used instead of harsh chemicals being left on our belongings. It's been a true relief to be rid of those bugs as I feel they crawled straight out of Hell! It was a real life nightmare until Shane came to steam them! I would recommend Echelon Pest Control to anyone who is in need of pest control!

Talk about professional!!! I was referred to Echelon from a mutual friend, and couldnt be happier with the service we received. The ant and spider population around and in our home was growing quickly, and they took care of it quickly and cleanly. Both our home and my family were treated with respect, which in this industry can be hard to find. Please give Echelon a try!!! You will be amazed :)

I had ants that just would not go away and I hopped on Google and went searching for a pest company and I came across echelon pest control. Best decision I have made. Shane came and checked out everything and gave me a great estimate. Shane did a great job and was efficient. I would recommend him to anyone who has any pests problems. Keep up the great work.

This company knows their stuff! I hired them for a wasp situation. He showed up on time with a smile on his face! Upon the inspection, Shane found areas under the home that rats were getting in. Not only did they get rid of my wasps, they discovered a serious rat problem! A couple weeks later, no more pests! Highly reccomend this company! They come out every 3 months and I'm always happy to pay the Bill! You won't regret hiring Echelon!
