Every time I stop in at Western Bud, the employees are amazing. It never matters if they have wall to wall people, they make sure that everyone is taken care of, as quickly as possible but, also completely satisfied with their purchase. They always let me know what's on sale, and if there's something I haven't tried yet, that they think I might like. They have a great variety, and top notch employees.

Parking lot is the worst—usually can’t find a spot to park because there’s literally five spots to park, plus the parking lot gave me a flat from nails! If you go in here expect to wait 5-10 minutes before anyone even greets you, usually staff is too busy talking with people rather then helping them out the door so I end up having to walk out and go to a different place—all in all the store is too small & the parking lot plus not enough staff for how many people you have coming in and out which is why I’ll be going to 2020 instead. Decided to give yall a second chance but ended up very disappointed when I left of course because your staff is the rude, ivd never met such rude people especially old people. The older lady today 5/31 was nice until I askes about your points program because your joints are 5 dollars more expensive then other shops and it is the SAME products.

Really great place. Very laid back atmosphere with helpful and friendly staff. They know a lot about their products, and if they don't know, they will do their best to find out for you. They sometimes are out of their more popular brands and items, but they restock often. With how many deals they have and the quality, I can't see why it isn't even more popular.

The environment is awesome. People are helpful. And if they dont know a product they look it up to discover more. However, be careful going up around the steps at night. There are pot holes that can be very dangerous and not so noticed. I went lastnight and skinned my knee really bad because I rolled my ankle after stepping into one of those pot holes.

This is by far my favorite place in the area! The people are so nice and are more than willing to help you find the best strain for you, even during their busiest times. I often get helped by a gal named Summer and she is so great, everything she suggest is spot on and I feel like she gets me 10/10 would recommend. Another bonus is they sometimes have doggos in the store, which is just icing on the cake. Thanks WB!

I got to say I do like going to this place is like the only place I go but the parking lot it’s not wheelchair friendly I don’t know how many times I’ve gone there and cars are blocking the wheelchair ramp and I can’t get up it when I come out of the store it’s blocked but I can get back in and ask him to move this is the only downfall I have for this place it’s not disabled friendly

Can always count on the staff at Western Bud to know their product because sometimes I'll go in and tell them I'm looking for a real sleepy, punch ya right behind the eyeballs turn your eyelids to lead indica and they have NEVER let me down. Sometimes I tell them I'm really looking for an energetic, make ya wanna vacuum your whole apartment but you end up in the kitchen every half hour and don't know why sativa and boom! They nail it again. Love these guys.

Stay as far away from this place as possible. Rude and selfish staff. Terrible quality of products as well as extremely overpriced items. Not to mention the very very small variety of products. I personally know one of the workers who hides items from her customers so they can keep them for themselves. Unhealthy and dirty environment due to the staff bringing in their animals!
