Ok I have been there two times so far and each time I wonder if I could have got a free joint or something but I think we don't get a sign up bonus. But the smoke is fire and the help is 100.

Great experience! Small collective atmosphere, variety and quality products. Very helpful staff! It took me 2-3 minutes, got helped by a helpful tendy lady, handing over exactly what I came in for then asking what we they had, showing me a couple ideas extra and ended up buying that also. In and out less than 10 minutes. First place I went, came out with exactly what was looking for and extra, very recommended.

Horrible customer service. Don't bother trying to make a phone call as they will just tell you to leave. They have a sign advertising "product quality is everything" yet don't carry 100% CBD products. If you want someone getting paid minimum wage to give you inaccurate information to sell in-stock products rather than give sound advice, this is your one-stop shop. Thanks for the stellar experience - will be happy to take my cash elsewhere.

Decent prices for quality buds. Hit up the early bird. $125 ozs OTD. They have the pre-made containers right next to the jars. Ask to look inside them, got a few of my quarters in eigth containers, and some of them were solid nugs, some had 4 or 5 smaller ones, but it was the same quality as what was in the display jars. They were extra friendly, and took my wifes $35 in quarters from waitressing without hesitation. We WILL be going back, at least for our flower as long as they keep carrying Delahaze and Lemon Grenade*25+THC* (I believe its their house strains).???

Today I was denied entry to this place for no reason at all. I have a completely valid ID and have been let into 100s of other dispensaries with it but today at urban they just would not let me in. The girl at the front could not use her scanner and so I was denied entry. I have shopped their 4 times before as well and never had a problem. The manager and the girl upfront were very rude about it and would not give me any explanation. I am 36 years old and do not look under 21. I can only think it could be an antisemitic thing as my last name is obviously a jewish last name. I cant figure out another reason why every other dispensary in denver/las vegas let me in without an issue. I obviously will never go back there. I may file a complaint as well because I honestly have never been treated this way

A friend of mine had this stuff from there called lemonwheel I tried it and it tasted like Lemon Pledge it was pretty gnarly chemical taste I don't know if that's how the strain is but they should check it out. It did work good however

I was recently going to this dispensary regularly to get new cartridges for my pen. I purchased a $50 cartridge and was told that it could be exchanged if there were any issues. I went back the next day because the cartridge made both me and my roommate experience chest pains for over 30 minutes and was told that they cannot do returns. There needs to be accountability for selling me a defective product that tasted like cleaning supplies. I will not be returning to this dispensary.

I purchased several grams of wax none of which weighed a gram! Over charged and under sold, greedy. The product is just ok the grams weighed in at .97, .93, .87 ect i first thought .97 is pretty close but .87? That was my first visit and definately my last.
