They used to be good, reasonable, good prices and bud. Since they were bought their customer service and reasonable pricing has eroded. Since the pandemic they have price gouged through the thin excuse of convince and keeping stock available since everyone panic buying. Hmmm the same amount of customers and same amount allotment available to everyone. We’re not burn outs, we’re patients. Also those the quality of service has suffered. Snarky unconcerned bud tenders here. Save yourself the time and go somewhere that stands with a community, not take advantage of it

New patient deals were good. Budtender was helpful for the most part. Other employees not so much. Felt a bit click-ish. Didn’t wait a long time - but didn’t get right in and out, either. Only been a couple of times - due to regular prices and inventory.

The cashier allowed people to go infront of me even though I was next the cashier did not even acknowledge me when I walked in she acknowledged the person that walked in after me and took their order even though I walked in before the other customer and I was next in line after waiting in a long line outside it shouldn't be such a wait inside when it's a Express order and we already know what we want and the orders are ready ahead of time it should be a quick transaction I also remember a previous time when this epidemic barely started and one of thier female workers tells everybody(customers) voicing thier concerns in the line that we should all go somewhere else and she did not tell any of us to come here to the urban Greenhouse that is so unprofessional and that worker is still there and still did not take accountability for her words just because you hand out free pre-roll cards does not make up for that I'm over waiting out in line and when I go inside all I see is Chit Chat and irritated workers trying to maintain a smile but you can literally hear workers speaking amoungs themselves saying they're ready to go home and do not want to be there on top of that people going right in front of me and nobody directs the customers once they get in so they just go where they please and I've been told several times there is no changing your order once you get in there however I've seen several times and several people changing their orders taking up more time than their supposed to once they go inside horrible experiences

This was my first visit and I am/was unfamiliar with what would work for me and wanted a variety of things, Kristen was really helpful and answered all my questions and gave me a better understanding and provided me with a variety of products. Also the first parent discount was amazing!! This was my first visit and I'm definitely going back

Urban Greenhouse Prices went up since they were bought out and went corporate45 for Aeriz 8ths when Jars Metro Meds has it for 35 up the street (Even Curaleaf has it cheaper smh) No more real daily deals with the spot light strains. That was the only way to make the Gorgon halfway affordable at 28 an 8th, now its 45 permanently! Wealth over Health

They don't have online order moving efficiently. Go from never having to wait to waiting an hour, outside!!My thoughts...I come from across town cuz they have good deals, clean place, nice service. In the MOST DANGEROUS part of town!!! They better be the best! 😠😡🤬 Billion dollar industry, step it up. Act like you care about your clients!

I ordered online and it was confirmed and everything i came in last night waited an hour in line, got in the building rude little guy yelled "NEXT" went up to the counter gave him my name. Took about 10 minutes trying to find my order. Then another guy comes and tried to help him find it. , 20 minutes later they said they lost my order and I had to choose from something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT then what I ordered!! They didnt even say sorry 'just gave me a free preroll card and didnt bother to say anything after that! Completely rude and uncalled for

This is still my fav dispensary hands down 🙌🏽 Love that my express orders are always ready before I’m even ready 💕. Always good convos and staff is quite knowledgeable. The open waiting room is inviting and bottled water is always available. My fav part is not having to check in for express, I just go wait in my purchase line. I love it!!

Very disappointed with the quality. I picked up some gorgon and it was extremely dry and had huge stems. Told the front desk girl before driving off and after 30 minutes of waiting for a manager I decided to leave and just take the loss. I know of a place down the street and the quality never disappoints wether it's flower on sale or regular priced.

Cant believe how they are treting express orders. We understand the mandatory only 10 ppl at a time but keep express the same as it has been. Plus there is propane no heat and its freezer. Express lane not moving. Terrible way to just randomly change your way of service during this crisis. Express means ahead of time In and Out . Im very disappointed
