So...service, products and prices are excellent. My only complaint is that NOBODY WORKING THERE WEARS EITHER MASKS OR GLOVES. I'm just saying.. we are in the midst of a global pandemic and people are trusting your cleanliness to the point that we, as customers are putting the product you sell us IN OUR BLOODSTREAM. Other local dispensaries in Vallejo are requiring budtenders to wear masks. Cleanliness matters. Now more than ever.

Used to like this place but lately customer service has started to really go down the drain. Their product is not great, cartridges don’t work most of the time. Very overpriced. Laughable point system. Worst dispensary in town and worst customer service I have ever received. I will not be returning. If you read the responses from the owner it doesn’t seem that they really care about keeping customers. Next.

I've been patronizing this establishment since it opened years ago. I've grown accustomed to their (former) rewards system. I went several months without visiting them only to return to see that almost $700 worth of customer rewards just vanished as of this year. The manager tried to explain why my losing all my rewards was a situation that had no remedy. My loyalty has ended and I have since visited other local Vallejo dispensaries. I have luckily found far superior customer service at other places. I wouldn't suggest any of my friends visit this place. As they have clearly demonstrated a lack of care for their customers/patients.

Selection not so great. EVERYTHING LIMITED AND OVERPRICED FOR QUALITY IS NOT UP TO PARPRODUCT WAS REALLY DRYAND COME ON 75 AN EIGHTH IS JUST PLAIN ROBERY WHEN EVEN THE CORNER HAS BETTER FOR 100 AN OUNCE

The staff themselves are alright. The security team there on the other hand could use a lesson in people skills. As I approached the small building, 2 guards came literally bursting out the door and demanded I "stand in the box". The one barking the order was referring to a no parking zone next to the building. I didn't understand what he meant at first so he raised his voice and repeated the command. No "please" or anything. I mean come on! I was visiting the place to pick up some medication. Be a bit more approachable and treat people with a bit of kindness.

Is this new reward points system a joke? 20% once you have THIRTY VISITS? This does nothing to incentivize customers to buy large amounts of product, and in fact it makes me want to spend my money elsewhere. I have been a loyal customer since you opened, and I have spent thousands here. The whole charm of a smaller location was the personalized service and homey feel. If I can find a better selection of product elsewhere and I can save more money doing it, why would I continue shopping with you? New staff are not as knowledgeable about product and customer service vibe has dipped.

Good prices and nice weed and workers are also nice and get you out there door fast they have ounces and 1/4 a lot places don't and they are good priced but when you get there have to check in with security outside they keep it pretty safe in there and u have to get scan down by a metal detector before going in it's pretty small but packs a lot punch

I was a new customer, so I asked if I could get a deal. She offered me eithrr a lighter. Pipe or paperrs. Geez I expected much more than a free lighter😒. Not cool at all. Every other shop I've been to always offer a good deal the first time so needles to say, Im very disappointed😟. The only the good tjong about this place was the friendly staff
