I placed an order in the beginning of March. They canceled my order 2 weeks later stating some of my items were out of stock. They stated in the cancelation email that I would receive a full refund (over $700) in 5 business days. I never received a refund. Thank goodness I paid using PayPal. I had to escalate a claim with PayPal in order to get a refund. I am still waiting and it has been over a month since the original order was placed. Very poor customer service. Does not respond to emails and there is no way to contact them via phone. I will never do business with this company again.
