Feedback:
I was a loyal customer and for a while was of the belief their stuff was better and that's why they charged more. They just keep charging more and on two differ occasions their staff charged me the wrong price and I had to call. They always handled it but it was the point and they should always give receipts. I was there this week and told the person with the new increase, this is my last gram of extracts. 47.50 no deals and it is not better than anything else out there. I will not be returning.

I visited this dispensary back in 2018 at the time it had a limited selection and not very good pricing. Reading the recent reviews not much has changed. The reason I am leaving a review is because this company will not stop sending me marketing texts. I have received over 100s of texts from them. I have tried unsubscribing and it doesn’t work. I have blocked every number that has sent a text. It seems they just get a new number and start sending me texts again. Do not give them any information when visiting they will just constantly spam you for years even though you visited once and do not live in Detroit.

Not my first review. Had a ME cartridge (bought here) break off inside a battery I bought elsewhere. Not only did they replace my cartridge and battery. But, they gave me a free PAX Era battery in exchange for the one I brought in with the busted cartridge. The owner and staff at Utopia Gardens are just fantastic people. I've been shopping here for 1 5 years, and they have been very good to me. This shop has that family feeling. Also, come check out the cool vintage motorcycles inside!!!

Mary was great from the time she spoke with me on the phone through her assisting while in the facility. Good variety of strains and other types of items such as edibles. The facility was clean and looked good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Mary offered great suggestions. Prices were good and once you go, it seems they offer deals to you nearly every day, via text. Thanks again Mary, will see you when in town again. By the way the Pink 2.0 and Apollo 13 were great!

Customer service has become non existent here. Buyer’s beware: Quality is not guaranteed. Have been coming here for a while but yesterday I purchased flower that I’m not completely satisfied with as I’ve grown familiar with it and it doesn’t look, or smoke the same. The manager Matt assured me that it was same batch they mysteriously yanked from the menu for weeks and that he was sorry I wasn’t satisfied but no refunds will be given. I didn’t ask for a refund though. I will no longer return; maybe to redeem an award I’ve earned but that’s it.

This is the best dispensary that I've been to. Super nice building and staff is equally as nice. They grow all their flower in house and have testing results on all their products. I drive from livonia because it's worth it. Their middle of the road flower is top shelf at any other shop. Pictured is gorrila glue #4 which was on the fridays specials list. 1/4 for $57 which is beyond reasonable. This is the go to dispansary in the metro!

Very welcoming to new customers and friendly staff. Minus 1 star only because flower and concentrate prices were higher than other local dispensaries I'm familiar with. Bummed to see they didn't have a discounted selection (check out Green Door Alternative's ounce specials) but their daily deals of the week are nice - 10% off on Thursdays is a good deal. Transparent with where meds came from and testing/levels

What a pleasure to find a place like this! From the style to the product everything is very refined and quality. I have become accustom to a certain style of dispensary and this is a 180, easy to choose utopia over everything! The budtenderess Mary had a plethora of knowledge and good manor which is a wonderful experiance. Thank you utopia!

Absolutely remarkable! The company asthetic isn't complete, as what looks that it will be a beautiful, smart and well thought out exterior garden, is still taking shape. The interior layout is clean, professional and undenigably designed to transport you to an experience that will leave any outdated sentiments of a shady drug dealer and hippies in the trash pile of misinformation. Where it belongs.The detail and vibe being used in the creation of this brand is one of critical thinking and community awareness that will serve itself well. Their regular daily/weekly sales and specials makes one's patronage very worthwhile. Bravo

Utopia Gardens is my favorite dispensary. The staff is fantastic, and, they welcome my service dog with treats and love. My favorite place to go in Detroit. Ask for Teri!!
