VacMaster was founded in Kansas City by a team of experts from the meat processing industry.

They saw a market for a smaller, more affordable vacuum packaging machine that could be used throughout the foodservice, restaurant and home markets. Their team remains on the forefront of vacuum packaging and sous vide cooking with the development of our SV1 Immersion Circulator more than 10 years ago. They are honored to have on their team, Chef Eric Villegas who trained with Dr. Bruno Goussault, the culinary genius behind the development of sous vide.

Their experience and innovation made vacuum packaging affordable for restaurants and the foodservice industry more than 30 years ago.
