This place has went downhill over the last few years. have been coming here for close to seven years. Now when you walk in all you see is girls half dressed and beyond rude employees. I believe his name is Kris, but every time I have encountered him big Samoan looking guy he is extremely rude. I’ve been smoking for 20+ years and this guy makes it seem like I don’t know what I’m talking about worst customer service by far. Not personable at all. Clean it up Justin there’s so many other options for cannabis in Sacramento. Blasting on every platform available.

I went here with very little knowledge of what I was looking for. I have several symptoms I’m trying to treat and I thought I’d try cannabis. Lucky for me I was helped by Max who was patient and listened to my needs and steered me in the right direction. I really appreciate it, also shout out to the female security guard who recognized my troubled walking and asked me to use the entrance because it would be easier for me to get to my car. I appreciated both of you, thanks ❤️

Let me start with I've been a regular since the opening of this place. A misunderstanding of Covid measures cost them two members. They now SPLIT COVID CIRCLES. Splitting couples that came together as a circle, exposing each member to whatever viral threats may be. Stupid, backwards thinking and wrong. Wish you had thought this through to the end Lady.

As a customer of theirs since the beginning absolutely appalled they had the nerve to insult me for wearing a mask (3/19/20-global pandemic upon us) and are FORCING patrons to keep masks off even with 20 or more people packed in line inside a small room waiting for their meds...Dispensaries staying open is a great relief, but operations conducting business this way should be immediately shut down! Forcing your customers to expose themselves to a potentially deadly contagion in order to get their meds IS NOT OK!!

I have given this business so much of my money for one! I walked in and told the owner Justin I like his plants, he looked at me and asked which one I like - I pointed, he then said I’ll end up giving you one, I said, “Oh cool, really thanks!” After that he totally went mute, rude as ever over a plant that he offered. Like dude I don’t want your plant. He totally changed, doesn’t speak when I enter or leave, he acted as if he didn’t hear me on a separate occasion when I said hello. So in conclusion I will never be returning to this business!

Sold me a defective pure cartridge and the employee and the receipt both said it could be returned if defective, but when I came in to return they said I had to return it either within 3 days, 72 hrs or couldn't return it all (couldn't get their story straight) and their receipt clearly states at the bottom: "all defective products are to be exchanged with proof of original receipt" nothing about a time period. When I pointed that out they told me I'd have to come on a different day to talk to the general manager. This is absolutely the worst customer service I've ever received at a cannabis store, and it ruined my day because I only bought the product because I needed something to smoke on for a day, the day before payday and it never worked. I will not be returning ever again so hopefully the manufacturer can fix this problem in some way and I'm not just out a bunch of money for a nonfuctional product.

Once again I miss valley health options!!!! But i dont have a caregiver so i was forced to go delivery.I must say i had been going to vho for years the staff owner gaurds are the best very caring people the price's are great big selection of products you cant go wrong with valley health medical great and recreational so once again thank you vho GOD BLESS.nicki b

If you want a good selection for flower, I always recommend people come here! They always have a great selection with a wide range of prices! I love the vibes and the budtenders are great! Josh, John, Alex, and Justin are some great! I work for Heavy Hitters as a Brand Ambassador, and I love coming here! The green walls and live plants keep the vibe chill, and the customers here are some of the coolest! If you ever get the chance to stop into Valley Health Options, you know youll get a great 8th or gram, a great vape, or a delicious edible for 'a competitive price, and you'll do it in a safe environment!

Rude, called asking if they accepted Washington state medical cards, which the woman replied "it's only good in the state it's issued in" which is false, after stating that I too worked in a medical dispensary in WA "2 yrs ago" we accepted all legal, and valid medical cards from all Oregon/Cali residents, she rudely stated "well this is Sacramento, not Washington" in which I replied "but you said it's only good in the state it's issued in, not "no valid card is good here in Cali", in her being corrected in proper grammar correlation the woman was rude, unprofessional, assumptuous, and definitely not a place I'd go even if I had my "California" medical card.

Always have exactly what I'm looking for. Creams, tintures, oils, edibles and prices are Great! I visit them regularly. I couldn't imagine gping somewhere else. Although they do not have cbd oil for dogs as of yet so I go out of my way to purchase it. Might I suggest they carry this? Great customer service. They strive to get you in and out in the least amoamou
