I’m only giving Valley 3 stars because of the few good staff we met while there. Other than that really disappointed in this hospital. I will have to give kudos to Angela stroke nurse. She’s amazing, kind, caring and patient. Angela is everything a nurse should be. She treats her patients as if they are family. Her goal is to make her patients feel comfortable and safe. She does that and more, I’m thankful she was my moms stroke nurse. Also Janessa in the ER was exceptional as well. She’s kind, personable, funny and the most important fact efficient. These ladies turned what would have been a horrible stay into not so bad. Way to go ladies.

I hate that I have to come here all the time. The staff is always unfriendly, the nurse out front is unfriendly. The communication is always lacking, or leaves you misinformed. Everytime you need to been seen for anything it turns into a wild goose chase because it's a hospital that only provides a few services and they always make you go to a different location for something. It always ends up being a hassle dealing with this place.

Very unprofessional ER staff! They made it perfectly clear that they don't care about a patient more then they care about getting you out and the next patient in. I had suffered a stroke, I later found out, but when I came around they straight up told me they didn't have time for me as if I was hiding something. I'm a nurse and this has to have been the worst care I have ever received! They should be ashamed to call themselves doctors or nurses! They also left me to walk home as my purse was still at the work place. This place is insane! Not only have they now treated me like this but my son as well when he fractured his collar bone and refused to help his pain. This hospital should be shut down! Who ever is running this place should fix it or get out fast! Shut this place down! Your killing people!!!

The hospital is awful. We came here 3 times due to my husbands awful headaches and symptoms, they told him 3 times that it was just migraines but when we went to Harbor View Medical Center they saw that my husband had a mass in his brain that was causing him these headaches and awful symptoms, we have also taken my daughter to this hospital and we waited over four hours to be treated and when I saw people who barley checked in before us go in, I went up to check how long it was going to take for her to be checked in and the guy said “there’s no way to know” which was completely fine but the nurses around us just gave me a dirty look for asking that question. I don’t know why it’s called an emergency if everyone just gives you looks while asking you how you feel and take hours to treat you. I really recommend Harbor View Medical Center, although it may take awhile to get in they treat you fairly, listen to everything you have to say and take precautions of their patient. Please go to that hospital rather than this one I promise you it’s worth the time.

My mother was taken into the hospital by a sibling, and that sibling then locked out both myself and my father who's married to my mother. The entire hospital staff has done absolutely nothing to amend this so I can get a hold of the care she is receiving. If this isn't corrected and someone contacts me, I'll reach out to the authorities.

Place is a joke. Employees working at the cafeteria there are rude and unprofessional. Waiting at the counter for someone to take my order. 3 ppl kept ignoring me and my daughter who is special needs We come here for regular Checkups and great her to mozzarella sticks because they're outta this world delicious . Guys makes a comment about going to lunch. Really??? That was pretty rude. Sorry to inconvenience you buddy

I would give this place a zero if I could. Mom brought in by ambulance they still put her in waiting room. I understand that some people are more urgent but everyone else was seen before her and I know they werent as urgent. When an elderly lady is brought in by ambulance with blood pressure dropping to the point where they are haaving trouble reading it I think thats urgent! Instead stick an IV line in her aand put her back out in waiting room with germs everywhere. This is not the first bad experience Ive had here but this is the last straw! We will be going somewhere else next time!! If you want exeptional care for your loved one this is not the place!

Worst hospital ever. I never thought to write/look for reviews at a hospital but this is needed. My sister was having shortness of breath and we waited 3 hours in the waiting room. This is inexcusable it wasn’t busy and multiple people besides us was waiting around the same time length. This is jeopardizing people health because this is an emergency room not the department of licensing. Do better

While our insurance company continues to act inappropriately and deny payment to Valley Medical for an urgent care visit, Valley Medical has done what is right and fair, and recognize that we did nothing wrong and we paid our copayment as instructed. It is refreshing to see a company like this do what is right and what is fair. Thank you.

Was there in December for back surgery ....this hospital is a 5 star from admissions thru surgical was unbelievable I've never had surgery before I'm convinced that if I ever needed surgery again I would run to this place .never been more comfortable in handing over my life to a team that's truly professional in every way and a big shout out to Dr Thompson of proliance orthopedic associates who perform my surgery who put my mind at ease ...he's like I got this...your in the best possible hands...yeah this space is definitely the place
