The customer service is too inconsistent. Sometimes it's good. Sometimes it's not like the last time for example. I walk in and before going into the waiting room, I approached the counter just to ask the girl a question. I wanted to make sure they had something in stock before I waited. I say, "Excuse me. I have a quick question." Her response was, 'The waiting room is over there." No, excuse you girl. Part of your job is to answer questions like, "Do you have a certain pre roll in," because that's all I wanted to know before I waited around for 20 minutes. That was the last straw. I do like their flower and most of the people there are nice people, but cmon. You dont talk to your patients like that. Because of that, I'm done with them.

As a regular, this is last time I ever visit this dispensary again. Every single time they're out of wax or another product or they're doing things differently with checking out or their atm machine doesn't work. Every single time I come, its never a quick in and out, NEVER. I waited for 20 minutes this morning for my order and there was only one person in front of me. Apparently they don't staff Saturdays correctly because you can't call in and order until more staff arrives. Whaaaat??? You guys realize you're the only dispensary that does this stuff? I will make the drive to Organix in Glendale for cheaper product, better product and better service. I genuinely hope another dispensary opens in Goodyear/Buckeye so others don't have to go here either. Also, I do NOT recommend any Venom Extracts products as the last wax I got from Valley had a strong mold odor and taste.

This place is a joke constantly. I’ve given this place about 100 million chances because they are the closest to my house, but I’ve just got to stop going there for my own sanity. They are either having technical difficulties or they are out of product almost every single time I go there. And it is a complete waste of time. They literally just had no concentrates? Also don’t ever expect to get a deal. They have the absolute worst in town. You will pay full price. Even on freaking holidays.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2017. By my 3rd (of 16) chemo treatments my oncologist referred me to get my medical marijuana card. I didn't know anything about smoking or using marijuana. My first time walking in I was sick, uncomfortable and embarrassed. I don't like not knowing exactly what I am looking for or need. By the time I left, I still wasn't knowledgeable, but I was COMFORTABLE! From beginning to end, the staff is incredible! They guide to find exactly what I need. I tell them what I like / don't like (down to the smell) & they suggest something more for me. I love the staff, they have helped me so much throughout the hardest time of my life! Between all of my surgeries (5 so far since diagnosis), different chemo treatments & different medications... My needs are always changing and Valley of the Sun is always there to help me get through the different symptoms and side effects. I tried other places, but always go back to the people who have taken their time to get to know me and my needs. I never thought I would even be using marijuana, let alone writing a review on a dispenserary!

They seem like they have been here for decades and you can see it in the workers as well .but my last visit there I cant believe it . I have never gone to a dispensary and asked them if it was a indica or sativa without them telling me they dont know . EVER . I think the only reason I would ever go visit again is if I didnt have the gas to travel to town .

I will give this place only 3 stars. I am very fond of most of the products that this place provides. But one complaint that I have that I think all cannabis consumers alike will agree to. There is no LIVE RESIN. LIVE RESIN- From fresh frozen cannabis that contains high levels of THC as well as the many other cannabinoids and terpenes. They have just shatter. Patients NEED the extra cannabinoid and terpenes content in their extracts. Not just the simple high levels of THC. THC, while it provides benefits, the many other cannabinoids such as CBD, CBN, CBC, etc and the many other terpenes play a HUGE roll in benefits and effects. I would love to see this change for this dispensary. If they can provide live resin to its consumers at a fair price, this will be my go to dispensary as it is close to me. Every other dispensary wants a ridiculous price of $50-80 a GRAM. Outrageous to say the least. Please change this. For it will be appreciated for many more people

After finding out I had cancer I went to Valley of the sun medical Dispensary! I was treated with kindness,laughter and the feeling I wasnt alone. The strains are consistent, they always have mine and I've been going there long enough they know me by name! First time discounts are great and the specials are great. I cant say enough good things about the people, they make me feel like family!!( except they really care! Lol) try them once!! You'll see what I mean!!!

This Fortified Building Sits Aside Nothing Interesting...If You Didn't Grub Before Visiting, You Pretty Much Have To Snack On Their Scrumptious Edibles. However, A Taste Of Italy Is Around The Way...Nice Folks Ready To Provide The Best Customer Experience.

Amazing staff. Great deals. And awesome product. They know my name, habits, and offer new product. I go here for medicine, rigs, pipes, and little things.Also, they have the whole gamut.... Soaps, lotions, lip balms, oils, edibles, flower, vapes, rigs, and anything I missed. Open late too!Lastly, it is cash only so a trip to a non fee ATM would be great. It's $3.25 a transaction from their ATM.Plan ahead.
