Vancouver Island Compassion Society
853 Cormorant St. | United States, V8W 1R2Client Review on Vancouver Island Compassion Society
Feedback:
I went to them because I had hoped their long standing reputation stood for something good, seems like they’re just riding that but not putting in the effort to follow through anymore. They had a misleading description of a tincture leading you to believe it was cbd heavy but turned out to be 1:1. After several weeks they still haven’t updated their ad. Staff pretty much interrogated me about what I needed, very stressful, I’m just looking for nerve pain relief and can’t handle heavy thc side effects in my condition. Not looking to get stressed about having to justify things. My friend also had a poor experience. Their pricing on the computer didn’t match advertised price of a strain they recommended to him. The staff member struggled to figure out weighing grams to get the price that had been anticipated. The resulting weed they recommended for relaxing was extremely weak and disappointing, he hardly noticed any effects. The customer service by emailing them about the issues was extremely passive. Basically seems like they aren’t going to do anything and aren’t very interested to care. Not so compassionate. And just to clarify, this review reflects the dispensary portion of the compassion club. The neighbouring facility which offers a variety of health and wellness options has been very positive and supportive.
