I never thought I could have such a fun yet imformative time purchasing a Vape. Cristian & Garrett are two seriously cool guys. I say that because I was hesitant going in I just stopped smoking last year and started smoking a vape but the first time I went shopping for vape juice I didn't get any answers how ever these two guys were fun and informative. I walked away with the perfect vape and vape juice & even a hat and shirt! I highly recommend this place. Thanks guys!

Love this place! Always friendly service, great selection and good prices keep me coming back. My old shop up the road is never open their posted hours when I go by anymore but this shop is far superior in every way anyway. You can be in and out in a few minutes or test different flavors and stay a minute, either way the staff here is fantastic and is now by far my favorite shop.

No need to go anywhere else again. The knowledgeable and friendly staff transform this from a shop to an experience. They get to know their clients and customize their recommendations to your taste while creating an environment that encourages staying a little longer and trying something new. I'd more than recommend it - I'd say if you haven't gone in,you're cheating yourself. Happy Vaping!

I have never had such amazing customer service! Dion could not have been more helpful or done a better job at explaining all of the products and answering all my questions. I won’t be going to any other vape shops after finding this one. Best products, best juices and the world’s best employees! I was so impressed with this place I had to review it. Do yourself a favor and stop in if you need any vape products. You won’t regret it!

In this kind of industry where products and devices have relatively new technology; customer service as well as product knowledge is very important. I have had only positive experiences with the staff, everyone greets you as you enter, and they are very attentive to your questions and needs. I was especially impressed with the variety of Vape juices that they carry. I am one of the few people that do not care for a sweet Vape which makes it very hard for me to find something I like. This is my new favorite place for juice.

Always receive the best customer service here. As a Vapor for over 7 years and have been to several shops this is by far my favorite place. Extremely knowledgeable, and have everything even have hard to find items like protank coils. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for the best vape experience with high knowledge so you don't leave with questions about your purchase.

My husband went here Tuesday evening, completely unsatisfied in every single way. He needed and asked for V8 coils and suggestion on a melon juice. He didnt notice until he got home that the guy gave him a pack of V12 coils and menthol juice. Theres a sign that clearly states "no returns". Thanks for the wasted $50. Neither item is what he asked for. Check your product to make sure its what you think it is before you walk out.

I called Vapor Deluxe today to ask a couple of questions and the owner Ryan answer the phone. This guy is incredible. We immediately went to Vapor Delux, and Ryan set us up with the perfect vaporizer. Exactly what my girlfriend was looking for. He is very passionate about helping people quit smoking cigarettes. We had so much fun we didn't want to leave. Thank you brother and I can't wait to visit you again to buy more juice.

Dope shop.. the guys were super welcoming offering water and even if there was something my friend wanted to watch on tv while I asked questions about mods and juice. They both also came from behind the counter and introduced themselves too which was really dope. Great selection of both mods and juice and amazing customer service. Easy 5 stars
