I found these guys at a farmers market and was curious about CBD so i bought a few bars. As they suggested, I waited until after a workout (long bike ride in my case) when my body felt depleted. I wasn't sure if the CBD would have a weird taste but I found it completely undetectable. All I could taste was a really fantastic peanut butter protein type bar, very dense and chunky with organic ingredients. As for the CBD, I felt it did something to calm post workout pain, but nothing more than an advil -- it wasn't like woah holy shit what's happening. But I wasn't expecting more than an advil, so I was ok with that. I forward to using the rest of the bars as post workout therapy. Or more likely, I'll get high and chow all of them on the couch lol.
