I have been a member for years, and it is friendly and professional every single time I have ever gone in. Experienced users can examine and discuss new strains that have come in, while n less experienced user can call on any one of the budtenders who will calmly explain everything from THC to CBD ratios to the health benefits of terpenes. I am an experienced user and was looking for a particular product the last time I was there and the budtender Colton knew exactly what I was looking for and even had CBD info about it I didn't know. Best dispensary in Los Angeles by far.

Average prices, good selection, stocked alot of popular brands, minimal wait, got a great deal BOGO deal on cartridges. Selection of medical / high CBD ratio supply left much to be desired though, and staff didn't seem knowledgeable and/or interested in discussing strains for specific conditions - which unfortunately is the norm for many dispensaries, so as always - do your own research and know what you want before you go in.

Been there 5 times. First time I went they had what I wanted. Went there 4 times after assuming they would have the same thing, which is exactly what u want, and they never have it. Forcing me to purchase more expensive over priced bud. Which I believe they do purposely now . Never good good vibes in there except fake ones. Mostly. So yeah. Go here is u want to be uncomfortable while u pick up your over priced weed. Green goddess downtown Venice. I go there. Always have my weed. Never feel weird. But that's just me.

not the best experience. the young woman assisting me seemed more concerned with going to lunch than assisting me completely. and at checkout, she handed me 5 singles - assuming for a tip - then announced to a co-worker she was going to lunch. nothing close to a 'thank you' for my business. put simply, I'll go elsewhere, where my business and money are appreciated.

Great selection and knowledgable staff once you get in. Rose Collective is a solid local dispensary. The staff knows most inventory and gives the best recommendations they can to each customer. They also offer a $30 off for each $420 you spend which is cool - not all dispensaries do any deals for loyalists.For anyone not in a rush I would recommend over Med Men, I'm honestly not sure the prices are better but it's more relaxed and you're not in a weed apple store with the whole world watching and listening to you shop. My knock would be:- There can be a wait, and the wait is in a line outside the dispensary area while being supervised by a security guard which can be annoying and feel demeaning. Listening to the attentive and pleasant staff field questions from first-timers when you already know your order is frustrating (tho you can order online through weed maps I think).

Terrible experience, do not suggest. Went here twice and both times were bad. First day there was an obviously disgruntled employee that was arguing with other employees and then outside with whom i can assume is the manager about “how to treat employees”. It was pretty busy and the arguing was super uncomfortable to us customers. Came back next day (it’s closest to where we are staying) to be helped by the same guy that was arguing with the manager the previous day. He didn’t seem like he wanted to be there at all and I felt that me asking questions would have been a burden on him. I believe his name is Garrett? Definitely won’t return.

Great selections and prices, and a very friendly staff. But service is always slooooooow. be prepared to spend 30 minutes here even if there’s no line. All bets are off with a line; I’ve waited 30 minutes before even getting inside.Great shop but come ready to stand around waiting while confused tourists ask about CBD and how high they’ll get.

I’m from New York and was with 6 of my friends rode on scooters from Santa Monica just to come here and they went in first because I had to grab something I went in there was a long line I went to go around to give my friend her phone the security came yelling telling me to get out that I didn’t make the line mind you this was my first time there I didn’t know the process After him being rude I decided I didn’t even want to partake in the dispensary so I went to sit in the waiting area then that’s when he told me I needed to get online to get checked in I told him I was just waiting for my 6 friends and he said I needed to provide him with Id or get out i gave him my id and didn’t realize i gave him the expired one instead or the up to date mind u I’m 30 and don’t look young he proceeded to kick me out the establishment I explained that I was from New York and didn’t know the area that i didn’t feel safe enough to wait outside and my phone was dead and i couldn’t call a Uber and he wouldn’t even let me tell my friends i had to wait outside or borrow their phone and told me he didn’t care to go outside and not in front of the establishment so I had to walk down to in front of another building in a area I didn’t know phone less. Worst experience in my life just because of that bad experience I wouldn’t return or recommend this place anyone that knows retail guest experience is the number one thing in sales whether I was able to buy something or not the amount of disrespect and levels of inconsideration for a tourist trying to experience the “California lifestyle ” that’s suppose to be friendly and nice you guys failed.

I visited this place when I vacationed in California and it was awesome! The staff are so helpful and friendly. There was a great selection of all types of buds, pens, edibles, etc. The prices are really good for the amount that you get and we were very satisfied with the quality of their products. We will definitely be coming back for more on our next vacation! Overall, great service and product! Thank you!

Very chill, nice place. Smelled GREAT, of course.Nice staff, but there was a moment of hard, ok, semi-hard sell. A young woman had vaping pens, capsules, etc.But I just wanted one joint.But I'll probably go back, they were all nice.
