Another great deal today. I dont know why this place isn't packed from open to close. Janet figured out the perfect medicine for me at the perfect price. The weekend & manager specials are exactly what patients need. Keep up the great work.Although Janet forgot to give me my 50 cents change today.

I was new to this whole idea and they definitely made me feel comfortable. It was simple and easy process. Will definitely be going back in there !! Friendly staff and very neat and clean ! I will recommend everyone to come here !

First of all on 11/21/2019 I purchased a 2.83g pack Ice Cream Cake by Calyx Peak after being blown away by the sample. When I got to my car, my jar looked or smelled nothing like the sample! I called in and explained that my product was not like the sample and they confirmed they had gotten a new batch in. It doesn't look or smell nearly as potent! I was told I could not get a refund or exchange for a different product! How misleading! Also one of the budtenders kept returning the sample jars back in the case when I asked them to be left out so that I could compare them. What am I going to do, steal them? Come on now! Seriously, please not do stereotype and profile your customers. This was not an enjoyable experience as a black man I felt like I was being watched rather than healed.

This place is unbelievable.. I just wrote a review and I thought I was writing a review for the Columbus location but of course gave the review to the Marion location. Oops. Anyway. Kellie and her staff are amazing !! Awesome place !! Very large menu. That as well is awesome. Those of you who doubt this place dont..Very friendly very helpful. ALOT OF GREAT FLOWER AND ETC.. try it. You will not be disappointed.. I only wish I had more days.

Just so you know, this is a medical practice and employees are not suppose to acknowledge patients unless first acknowledged by them per HIPPA/privacy rules! I thought this location was exceptionally nice and inviting, love the salt lamps and the friendly staff :)

I was sold what was marked as 34 grams of shake. I got home and at least 75% of it was sticks and leaves. They basically earned around $100 for selling me something that wasn't what it should have been. I'm disabled on Social Security. Rather than refund any money whatsoever, they offer 20% off my next purchase. 20% off. Yet, they took over $100 from me in cash for the original purchase. I've reported this to the marijuana control boards top representative. You said you weren't buying from "ASCENSION" anymore. That's the cultivator the bogus batch came from. Proof that I was wronged. But, Verdant refuses to take full responsibility and give me a cash refund. I bought it from Verdant. If I bought a defective item at Wal-Mart, they'd fix the issue. Is Verdant any different? I got a marijuana card to avoid issues like this - things that street drug dealers do. The only thing I'm guilty of is spending money here. They sold me bogus product, admit it and won't 100% rectify the situation. They also disrespected my caregiver one day. My caregiver is my mother. Im allowed to post this FACTUAL review. It's my right to free speech, plain and simple. Verdant has no right to retaliate or ban me from their property for this review or their sales error. Everything stated here is true and can be proven. I will delete my review once Verdant does the right thing and gives my money back.*UPDATE*I contacted the state and the rules are when you're sold bogus product, the dispensary can't refund you. You have to call the cultivator and good luck finding their phone number online. Verdant never said they even tried calling the cultivator on my behalf. Regardless, I'm out $100 because of 2 conglomerates and the state because they're all 3 involved. Our state cannabis rules/laws are horrendous.*UPDATE*Verdant has retaliated against me for filing a state complaint. They stated to my caregiver that they filed a complaint on me. They refused my mother service and banned us from their property. Their security guard called the police on her. We didnt do anything illegal to deserve this. All the police did was ask her to leave. Dont go here. These people are terrible.
