Free coffee and tea is offered the minute you walk in. The staff is friendly and polite. You don't feel judged when your there. The pharmacist is super nice and was happy to answer all our questions. I did get a little confused trying to figure out how to sit on the overly fancy couch. Lol

A very Secure Dispensary starting at the Front Door. They have the highest rated Dispensary in Syracuse area with better prices that the two others. One had recall on last year on there CBD Oil due to Mold or Bacteria , don

Incredibly hard to find, in a sort of strip mall, this place is very upscale and professional on the inside. There is a very sleek reception area, and then beyond that, a waiting area with books about medical marijuana and other reading materials. On the wall is a large flat screen showing fish swimming in lethargic circles. All dispensing and discussion happens in private rooms, behind closed doors. Since I am only transportation, I have not been beyond the waiting room, but I want to emphasize that the whole atmosphere is clean and bright and professional.

From walking in the door to the consultation to the way out, the staff is nothing but compassionate and helpful. The waiting room is spacious and comfortable, and you leave having all your questions answered and needs met. I couldn't have asked for a safer, easier first time experience.
