Verts has been our go to for the past few months since we moved here in December. Usually the staff is great and willing to help; and while everyone is human, they have failed to apply discounts in the past when asked to. However since the start of this pandemic, staff have been consistently rude. The first couple times it happened we blew it off and assumed that they were busier than usual. But with how consistent it's been over the last 2 months we're just going to take our business elsewhere.

If you want good deals on concentrates this is the store to go to they always have good deals on 710 labs and green dot both great companies and the price they have them at is pretty unreal tbh good environment and friendly staff would highly recommend going for concentrates but I'm not a huge fan of the flower but still a 5 star review no doubt

Love my bro Marcus. Hes the life of the party. Only thing thats frustrating me is that when we were able to walk in, there were always emeralds testing in the 25 and up percentile. But now that weve switched to all online ordering i haven't found an emerald higher than 19 or 20? Maybe i just suck at finding anything online lolAdd on for the owner. I came in this morning and found trop santo on the emerald tier. 29 percent and it tastes godly. Vertz listens and takes care of busines.

Worst customer service, no way to check your loyalty points In the store or online. No customer service, I asked to check my points 3 times. 3 times they sent me texts supposedly so I could check , never got a one. How is the owner this inept. Seriously, owner and management are running this place into the ground. Simple business 101, and they don’t know what they’re doing, they have problems in-house and on the website and no one fixing any of it. I would be embarrassed if I was the Owner! Seriously go take a business class in marketing or entrepreneurship and you can see how screwed up they are. A monkey could run a business better.

Good service is hit or miss here but the weed is generally on point. They’ve forgotten to give me my change and they usually weigh their product in a VERY stingy manor. Literally 90% of the time I am shorted and I weigh my product the moment I get home. There’s a couple people who deserve praise. But as far as I’m concerned the owners Themselves and at least 70 percent of the workers should be replaced with someone who actually appreciates the industry and is knowledgable about marijuana. It’s very obvious that no one in that place knows a single thing about their profession. They don’t know how to make recommendations. They try to push you out the door with a “get your effing weed and get out vibe.” There are literally 2 people who work here who don’t make me uncomfortable. Everyone else really need to just go work at Starbucks.

Marcus, Marcus, Marcus, Man I cannot say enough positive things about this place. Starting with Marcus give that man a raise and maybe a paid vacation he deserves it 100 percent. Every time my girlfriend and I come in we walk in to the best vibes a bud tender can get ya. I feel better walking out of the store then when I first come in. I feel like the only reason I come here is to see Marcus and Jamie I promise you if you’re ever are having a bad day ask for Marcus or Jamie and they will turn your day around and make you spread love and joy no bad vibes here. Sit down relax and let Verts take care of you!

Edit: I learned from my friends that work in Fort Collins dispensaries that it’s not compliant to the weed laws if you don’t give a receipt or those stickers. We got a bunch of carts a couple weeks ago that dont work and the budtender Mitch didn’t give us a real receipt just one that said dutch online or the little stickers on the boxes that say the day we bought em so no refunds no exchanges cus we cant bring the stuff back in either or prove we bought em there. We stocked up before moving to the springs because it’s medical only. Had to throw it all away. Two stars cus I loved this dispensary too much to give it one. We won’t be back when visiting FoCo though

Losing a long-time customer:Must I receive the spammy promo messages to have access to my rewards link? I stood in the store for about 10 min waiting for a text sent from a backroom computer for my link however due to the fact this location is in a basement: texts will hardly be received with no cellular service (never received message even once I left the store and had service). A link on your website or literally any other option other than your promo text line would work superbly better for myself and other patrons I have talked to. Offering rewards using a system where the patron is required to keep old promo text links is inefficient to the business and highly inconvenient for the customer. Good products and good employee service, poor operations management.

Edit for follow-up: I received a prompt response from the owner, and I can honestly say they are good people. The rule they have to follow says the day of is their cut off for expiration, not midnight (if you were wondering) and they are more than happy to do what they can to make up for it regardless. Blown away! Best overall experience I have had from any of the dispos around.Original review: Usually they are good to me. Came in on my birthday to get the discount they give you, and was told that my license has expired. According to the DMV my license is valid until midnight tonight, but they didn't want to take it because I guess I was cutting it too close. I can understand, just a bit of a bummer to find out the hard way by being turned away. Maybe put up a notice for that, just a thought

You guys have decent concentrates but seriously you need two entire days off to celebrate New Years? I understand closing New Years day and maybe early on New Years eve but do you seriously need to abandon your business so you can start drinking at 9am on New Years day? Nothing posted on the building about it. I guess livewell gets the money then.
