What a joke. Called before driving from another location that had a long wait time. I was quoted about 10 minute wait, no problem. 45 minutes later and still 2 people ahead of me only to find out they lost someones id. They still dont have paperwork together and no sign of being seen soon. And I'm supposed to trust them with my health. No thanks.

So I called up to the urgent Care recently and the receptionist Tiffany was so rude. Usually I love it there but today, this one receptionist lacked interpersonal skills. I was calling about my 7 year old daughter, just trying to get some insight and help. And firstly she kept cutting me off and two, she was just so nonchalant yet rude with her responses. Honestly I am starting to wonder why urgent cares, emergencies, and hospitals are even around anymore, if all they are going to do is not even check you properly, be rude, and rush you. It's like they are taking our insurance money to just sit and do nothing. Today was ridiculous and they just turned me and others I referred to them off.

Had a flare up of an old leg infection, and have just moved to this area. It was a Sunday, and where do I go? Went to this Urgent Care and cannot be anymore pleased. Laura and Lauren at the front were warm and welcoming. Dr. Emily was sweet, considerate and very understanding. My wait after completing my paperwork, was about 5 minutes. Highly recommend this clinic!

These guys are fantastic. Really. They help me with my issues very thoroughly and with much compassion. I feel confident with the diagnosis and treatment. They have always healed me! When I leave I feel the satisfaction of having been cared for, and not like I am just a number to them that day. The wait was so short I couldn't believe it. Seriously there was hardly time to sit. It was great. When you are sick at the doc, you just want to get it over asap. No one likes to wait. I've never had to here! I am very thankful that we found you guys Westland Urgent Care! Thank you so much!

I always go to this urgent care, because I have to always wait two-three weeks just to see my family doctor and can't wait that long. The ladies that work here including the doctor always get me in on a timely manner and always listens to all my questions and concerns, and I'm always very satisfied when I leave that clinic. I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone looking for 100% great service and care from outstanding nurses and doctors. I always feel comfortable and well looked after when I walk into this clinic. Thanks again, urgent care of Westland for your patience, care, and understanding for my welfare and health. Very satisfied patient.

Came in today and was in and out within 30 mins. The lobby was by far pretty full this time coming in. Staff was really nice today. Olivia at the front desk had a nice friendly personally and smile. Seen the MA Raquel who was friendly as well and fast. Seen her running around getting everyone roomed, and drawing blood pretty quick. And the provider Emily made me feel so comfortable with my concerns. This experience today was by far the best I had. I hope that same staff is there the next time I come in.

Great Service!! Olivia was so polite to me... I am dealing with the flu, and she was more than friendly...it seemed like she really cared. Dr. Chantel was very polite and efficient. It was awesome to be seen promptly and taken care of with such empathy. I would recommend anyone to go here...not to mention they have drinks and snacks for free while you wait.

The staff was very professional and the wait wasn't too long. Even with it being busy. Olivia at the front desk was very inviting and friendly with her asssistance. She was very helpful. The provider Dr. Emily R was very attentive with my concerns. She answered a lot of questions with no problem. I didn't feel rushed at all. They sent my prescription right over, it was ready soon as I made it to the drug store from my visit with urgent care. I hope anytime I have to visit go just as good.

The staff & doctors are AMAZING!!! I had many “issues” which they resolved today, with ease! 😀 1. I called 5 other urgent cares in the area and was told I had to pay for service up front. I called HERE and explained I get paid this Friday and the employee said “not a problem. Come in today and I’ll override that for you & you can pay after you get paid.” 2. I’m allergic to most antibiotics. And the ones I’m not allergic to I’ve taken so many times they no longer work. The tests came back negative so the doctor explained why she didn’t want to give me an antibiotic, instead she would give me a steroid and do an extra test and send it out to the lab and if it came back positive then she’d send in the antibiotic- that way the antibiotic would actually work full strength. 3. They ran out of the swabs to send to the lab BUT they have a sister clinic 10 minutes away so they went to go get extra supplies and they offered me something to eat and drink while I waited. The office staff and doctors are absolutely amazing here. They’re patient and willing to listen to your past medical history to make the best decision about your medical care TODAY. I’ve been to Urgent Clinics where they did not take the time to listen to what has happened in the past and they prescribe me medicine that doesn’t work. That’s why THIS clinic has been the most amazing one I’ve been to! The doctor listened to my past history and that’s why she decided to wait on the antibiotics and give me a steroid until the tests come back! I HIGHLY recommend this Urgent Care! 😀

This place deserves TEN STARS! Not only is the environment clean, warm and welcoming but the staff are very knowledgeable and attentive, always sure to greet you with a smile. They have both hot and cold beverages available as well as several snack options that are generously offered to anyone who walks in their door. The service is very prompt and I have never waited more than a few minutes on their extremely comfortable couches before being taken care of. The icing on the cake is that their prices are exceptionally reasonable, especially for those without insurance. It’s obvious that the doctors and staff make providing an exceptional health care service a priority. I highly recommend to everyone and anyone feeling under the weather.
