I purchased Alaska 800mg $110.00 and indica 750mg vape $90.00 tried it cant vape it burns my chest and no i didnt take a big hit actually cant see any smoke come out..went back told them my problem said i dont know if it was to strong or what but i cant use it ,they told me basically that it was my problem they dont do refunds or exchanges..wow.went to trulieve in venice they are wonderfulsaid if i have a problem bring it backthey do refu ds or exchanges ,guess where i will be going.... now if vidocann starts to do that i will give them another try, but not untill then $ 200.00 that i cant use..they are nice and friendly when you want to buy and they tell you what you need ( i knew nothing about medical marijuana or how it worked) but try and return somethi g.

I just came from the dispensary in port Charlotte I come here all the time it's my go to place but I just received a cartridge that was halfway full I walked right back in and the manager Keri (not sure if that is her name, she has glasses and tattoos) told me there was nothing she could do I also explained to her that the vape looks as if it is leaking at the bottom and she clearly saw it but she still insisted that there was nothing that could be done she looked at me as if I was crazy and she even stated that she knows I come in all the time. I am extremely unhappy I went into a professional establishment and was treated as If I didnt matter, customer service was horrible from that manager. She asked me if I looked at my products before I walked out and I said I didnt have a chance they put it in the bag and I walked out. I didnt know i had to inspect my medicine from a professional establishment, just to make sure it is the right amount. I then called vidacann in Bradenton and I spoke with Leroy and he was professional with me and cared and helped me out and apologized for the inconvenience. I suggest everyone inspect their medicine before purchasing.

Am tired of VidaCann being out of flower. Have been on call lists 2 times. No calls. I called Monday morning, no truck. Called Tuesday morning, truck had been there and they said they sold out !!
