The most reasonably priced 10ft x 10ft storage space in North Hollywood and the most pleasant people to deal with.Anton was always particularly helpful , professional and charming!He made the whole storage thing a great experience.If I was still in business, I would definitely have offered him a job!

This is an amazing storage facility! It was an easy process. Russell, the one that helped me, was very thorough with the expectations of renting a storage with this company. He gave me very much needed details for me to feel comfortable leaving my things there. The move to get all of my things in was smooth. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

We met with Valentin. He was very informative and patient, taking the time to show us the available units, discuss the options regarding each, help us estimate the needed size, and make sure we got the best deal. The facility is clean with very good security, including sensors on the unit doors tied into the personal entrance code which is a huge plus. In looking at the options in the area, this was definitely a notch above. We are now customers.

At the Vineland location in Valley Village/NoHo, I had an extremely easy time with the process and employees! Aleili was especially positive and helpful, her attitude and friendliness went above and beyond, and made the whole experience so much more pleasant! Overall the renting, storing, and cancelling the locker when I was done, were all very straightforward and easy.

Stay away from this place and the Manager Russ. He runs this place with an iron fist military style. You will be accused of things you never have done or ased to clean up or pay for a mess you never have done. He will stand there with a smirk on his face reading you his right to terminate you. I was only renting a storage place and I am not selling you my soul to do so.

Luis was very helpful, professional and stayed a few mins passed closing knowing I was coming so I may obtain my storage unit that eve in the event I needed to place anything in it. Facility is safe and clean. The only item I feel needs adjusting is the carts would be nice to use at all Operating hours for those using the facility on off business hours. Two carts could be attached to a token system delivered during office hours and held by a deposit or formal ID card til returned. Just a thought but I understand the obstacles involved entrusting items that could easily be taken off premises but that’s why there’s cameras to see what client would be doing such a dubious act. Five star non the less.

This place is great, reallly. Moving is hard enough and stressful on so many levels. It's refreshing when people go out of there way to help things run smooth. That was my experience at A-1 Storage. Aleli was wonderful! Extremely helpful and Polite! This is the 3rd time I've rented with A-1. For short term and long term.... It's always been easy. Thank you for all your help Aleli!!!!!!

I had the most professional yet honest experience with A1 Storage on Vineland.The employee's name was Jaz..I have dealt with other storage cread their on line reviews. Thank you Jaz for being so up front ,honest yet professional. I am going to let everyone I know whi rent from others come here. And I know alot of people in our Iindustry.. The lady at the vineland in north hollywood has a nasty attitude, but the guys have really great customer service. I have been renting my storage area for 5 yrs, I have the smallest space there & every year they go up in cost & that's just because they can, there is nothing that they do to raise the rent every year. I pay $162 now 5 yrs ago I paid $100. Lousy place
