Myself and my two special needs boys have been using VIP for a better part of the last year. We live in a rural area, roughly a hour south of Boulder City, NV. The primary driver that we got, Chris, was very kind and easy to get along with, which was very important because my sons both can have issues with strangers, my oldest, because of mental disorders and size, can be very hard to manage if he fells threatened in his mind. The biggest negative issues with VIP was because of their primary dispatcher, Bernard. It's bad enough that Bernard would overload his driver's so often, that over the past year I can count on one hand how many times we actually got to our appointments on time. It was common to be 30, 45, even 60 minutes late because of Bernards very poor dispatching management. And to make it worse, when you make the mistake of calling Bernard to try to talk to him about these issues, Bernard will scream and yell and cuss and treat you like a piece of dirt. Bernard will talk down to you and tell you that you should be thankful for what he's doing for you, then turn around in the same breath and threaten, more then once, to dump all of your and your children's recurring trips and regular trips and threatens to call back the driver that's on his way for the current trip, and threaten to deny the recurring, twice weekly trip, that my youngest special needs boy needs for PT, otherwise he'll end up being a cripple for the rest of his life. Then after Bernard is done making you fell lower then a snakes belly, because in his head you had the gull to question his authority, Bernard will go behind your back, and stab your children in the back by canceling all your trips, recurring and regular Dr . appointments without telling you. My youngest boy is going to end up back in a wheelchair because of this fool and his so called bruised ego! I don't know who the previous owner of VIP, Bill Nassar, just recently sold VIP to, but whoever it is needs to seriously consider finding a dispatcher to replace Bernard that's capable of NOT overloading their drivers and that has something that resembles public relations skills.
