First time dining here and the food tasted so fresh and yummy! Not overly salted like most Chinese restaurants I've been to.Service was excellent, staff was super nice and food was out in a timely manner. Wonton soup is delicious!! We tried the chow mein, Kung Pao chicken and spicy eggplant and all were scrumptious!

First time we ordered it was ok. The egg rolls had pepper in it, our shrimp fried rice was ok. Mongolian beef was ok. The second time we ordered the same thing. The egg rolls had no pepper, shrimp fried rice was the same, and the Mongolian beef the same. The reason they are getting one star is because of the lady that delivered the food. She was very rude. When we handed her the money she literally snatched the money from us then she literally threw the bag of food at us all because we forgot our money when she came to meet us and it took like one minute to find our wallet. Wow.

I have been coming to new tsing tao for years, and this restaurant is truly a hidden gem in the west portal district. The food is absolutely delicious, the prices are fair, and the portions are very generous. One of my favorite things about this restaurant is the staff, mainly William, as he is so accommodating, easy going, and great to talk to. If you are in the mood for chinese cuisine, you cannot go wrong with this place. Also, a plus is that parking around the area isn't too bad.

They acted like they were doing me favor by letting me eat there versus take out. The chicken dish I had was mostly vegetables and very little chicken. The food was mediocre at best. The lady that I think is part owner was not friendly in the least and that's why their business is mostly delivery and take out. It's odd that others haven't complained when getting food that for the price they should have more than few bits of chicken. Next time go to Chinatown.

The worst service iv ever experienced it took over an hour for a 10 min drive and they forgot all of my sodas and half my food and when I called back they said that they will remember me and I get 2 free sodas next time.. that's cool(NOT REALLY) what about the other half of my meal so me and my friend walked all the way over there in the rain with the food asking for my money back and the lady took about 25 minutes to give me $28 when I paid 30 and then I sat there another 15 minutes and the driver said I only gave him $28 so if u go here make shure you have all you food and I wouldn't Give a tip cause it's probably gonna take a while for your food to get there anyway and MAKE SHURE YOU CHECK THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD THAT YOU GET BECAUSE ALL I SAW WAS TAN AND A GRAYISH BLACK

This restaurant I would give it three stars. This restaurant is owned by Korean Chinese who were born in Korea. Jiajang Myun was very very delicious. It tasted like the jiajang myun I used to have back in Korea. Staffs were friendly but in interior was just very humble. I would come back some other time whenever I do feel like to have jiajang myun or Champong soup.

it was my first time being here. I was happy when the women told me they had lunch special and help me with the menu. I didnt see a letter grade displayed anywhere and I was bit skeptical ordering vut I saw many people go in while I was trying to decide I decided to try it. the food took a bit too long to come out but I noticed people were seated and their food came to them so im guessing it's a we dont make it until you order tyoe of resturant might go back might not but the only way I will go back is if I see a green A displayed somewhere if not im skiping out on it

I definitely would go back, the hostess and servers were extremely friendly and accommodating.Since I am not Chinese, I cannot comment on the authenticity of the food, but the flavor sure wins the approval of my African palate!It's more expensive than other Chinese Restaurant but I always think it's worth it. . Each experience turns out amazing and I end up so stuffed!
