I have been to other dispensaries and Vireo Health is the one that has been able to help me the most. The staff is wonderful and friendly and they know their job. I would highly recommend Vireo Health to anyone looking for a medical marijuana dispensary.

When I showed up they wouldn't even see me without an appointment even though there were no people there. The receptionist told me I would have to schedule an appointment as they were booked for the day. I explained that my normal Dispensary was closed today due to veterans day and that I was going out of town tomorrow on business and if it's possible to see me today which she said said no. I waited to around to see how busy it was and about 2 people showed up in the course of a half hour and was in and out within 5 minutes. I'm not sure about their product but I'm disappointed that they wouldn't even see me and the place was empty with the excuse that they were booked and busy today.

First time there today. So far, so good. Staff is helpful and courteous and the pharmacist seemed very knowledgeable about my condition (MS) and the products best suited for me. He listened to me and offered advice on other courses of action if my method of delivery needs to be tweaked. Overall I had a pleasant, easy experience here.

I Cant imagine a nicer group of people and I appreciate Vireo for its help in explaining the benefits and safety of medical marijuana to my Doctor Great people great product. My only concern is the price and I believe that will start to come down as more people enter the program. The Vireo dispensary in Albany is a safe place to get your medical marijuana and any questions you have are answered by well informed kind hearted people. I look forward to my next visit.
