I love this dispensary, the workers are always so friendly and always answer all of my questions. They've helped me find the right option to help me. Their product is the only thing that reduces my daily back and neck pain/ nerve pain and I no longer have migraines daily! It is so nice to start living my life again thanks to the workers in this company. I highly recommend this dispensary.

I got there early and I was greeted by the person inside. I showed her my ID she came to the front gave me a form filled it out. She came out shortly there after he told me that my pharmacist will be with me shortly. I waited about five minutes my pharmacist call me my prescription was ready in 10 minutes I think I was there less than a half an hour please guys are awesomeI can tell you that after using my medication I am feeling a lot better already.

Just moved to the area and was able to quickly get registered with a dispensary closer to our new home. Pharmacist was very informative in helping me navigate to a different product line that is more full spectrum for my particular condition, educating me on a new way to dispense medication and to keep it working longer in my body. Their hours are very convenient and the staff is cheerful and kind, which all around makes the necessity of exploring alternative means of wellness pleasant and even something to look forward to.

Horrible place!!! Went to pick up two vials last week got home used the first one it stopped working, took my second one out used it once same thing. Drove back (45 min oneway) they would only replace one vial went home that damn vial didn't work it was like sucking air not happy I just want a refund at this point going back tomorrow I will keep you posted

First time visit on Sunday. Staff was very friendly, took a bit of time because as a new patient with them they must verify your information. Bring in your doctors certification as well as the card until they install a scanner for our cards. They will make you a pocket certificate to tape to the back of the card for future visits. Product is amazing at fairer prices than at fp.

I brought my girl friend there for an apt and NO WHERE on the website while booking apt and filling out intake forms did it State she needed to bro g any document from her provider only to bro g her card and cash, We drove over an hour with her in excruciating pain and left without her necessary medication, I'm sure it's a great place but who's at is in charge of the website should definitelyinclude that you .just bring paperwor6 from prescriber.

The intake process for a new patient is fairly easy and straightforward if you have you needed documents. I submitted everything online and had a phone follow up with the pharmacist. The dispensary is clean and staffed with friendly people who are very knowledgeable. The prices are good and they offer a variety of products. It can be tricky to find so make sure to slow down and take your time. Hopefully they start delivering to my area.

What wonderful customer service. My husband was having trouble ordering his medicine online. Called the Albany dispensary(03/04/19) and left a message. That day Victoria called and talked to my husband. Then she emailed me and explained everything that needed to be done. Victoria also left valid contact information which helped today(03/05/19) when my husband’s account was still not working correctly. Victoria stayed on the line and talked me through the ordering procedure. She even offered to create a special time for pickup if needed. She was a god send. Thank you Victoria for helping us. Your customer service should be the standard for everyone.

We can't say enough nice things about Vireo in Albany! They make every visit or question simple to do and understand. I've been a customer since last September, and they are supportive, cheerful, and when I got the good news from my physician/surgeon that I was cancer free, I called the Vireo folks to tell them -- they were so excited! And they all mention it when I talk to them. I feel like it is a team effort here, keeping me healthy, and I am so happy to be part of the Vireo family. Bravo!

When I showed up they wouldn't even see me without an appointment even though there were no people there. The receptionist told me I would have to schedule an appointment as they were booked for the day. I explained that my normal Dispensary was closed today due to veterans day and that I was going out of town tomorrow on business and if it's possible to see me today which she said said no. I waited to around to see how busy it was and about 2 people showed up in the course of a half hour and was in and out within 5 minutes. I'm not sure about their product but I'm disappointed that they wouldn't even see me and the place was empty with the excuse that they were booked and busy today.
