I left a voicemail after business hours yesterday and my call was promptly returned as soon as they opened today. The employee was informative and helpful with his guidance and direction. The pharmacist was absolutely wonderful to speak with for my initial appointment. She was very knowledgeable about the products and she had excellent customer service skills. I am looking forward to being able to browse inside the store once covid restrictions are lifted.

My paperwork was not correct (password), and the staff was knowledgeable, friendly.They fixed the issue and thoroughly explained the products, and I would like to add that when I picked up the refill this month, they saved me a trip with a months worth, explained during my consultation call that the formulation now contained strain-specific terpenes.As a musician, I say kudos to you for the hookup and I still owe you some songs 🤔🤸🎶🤘

Everyone at Vireo are Wonderful. Always very polite and helpful. And Vireo products (I Vape (red)work wonders for my pain level. Better then ANY narcotic. And Safer 🌻 🌻. My only complaint like everyone else is I cannot afford to get my vape all the time because of price. It is awesome prices dropped a little though. Still hard and I know you understand. 😘

I have been using Vireo Health since July 2018.I order what I need online, pick the time I will stop to Get my prescription! The staff are friendly and very helpful. I always learn something new and they are very willing to answer any questions I might have. My pain has also been reduced significantly.

I think vario has made a big mistake and raising the price of the distillate vapes just when other dispensaries are lowering their prices and increasing their delivery area into broome and chenango county. Sorry verio but it feels like bait and switchVery professional. Excellent product.the only bulk oil sold in N Y. The new distillate capes are excellent. Very smooth, no carrier oils and a healthy dose of terpens. Bravo

Very friendly staff, very helpful! I love the girls there at the front desk, and at the checkout. They always are so nice, and take the time to explain everything! My only complaint is the prices, even with the 10% discount, it's still a bit expensive. That being said, they do let me know what lasts longer so I am getting more for my money. I truly appreciate that!!

It's the only way to ensure the true value of these magical plants is completely utilized for all parties involved... have used it twice & both times it has been very good.Update, call them on the phone, they tell you to bring your new certificate & you can pick up what you normally get. What they didn't tell me was that their only accepting cash b/c their debit machine has not worked since that morning! Who carries around that much cash?Before I was able to get 2 bottles of what I used, now only 1. They change the rules daily. Rather than put up with the frustation of dealing with these people, I'll use other options!

ah man,what to mention first.first of all you guys are life savors,i have cronic pain from my narrowing spine,degenerative disc disease,arthritis in my hips.until vireo came along for me i havent slept more than four hours at a time for years,i couldnt do daily activities,had no appetite and was loosing hope.i also have stage 3 cronic kidney disease,had one removed in 2015 and my remaining kidney has 4 small growths now.for pain i had one option,that was opiates and those pills will do more damage to the kidney...vireo red vape has changed my life,saved my life and continues to give me hope,ive told countless ppl in my travels about this and sent many to vireo,thank you so much vireo for choosing the binghamton area to help us who depend on your products to live a somewhat normal life!!!!!

Today was my consultation at Vireo, in J.C., and as nervous as I was... I was made comfortable before walking through the door. Thank You so much, for the first time in years I feel that I will be able to make some memories with the grandchildren tomorrow at the Spiedie festival. This pain has left me debilitated, and for the first time I feel like I've been set free from those chains... the chains of pain....anyone suffering from Lyme Disease, will understand this.Thank You Again... ♡Blessed Be♡
