Easy from start to finish. Everyone from the initial pharmacy telegraphy visit (Doc had a cool face mask with stars on it), to the delivery team of two people in a vehicle were professional. From dress top to bottom (casual or business casual), to demeanor, disposition, and knowledge. Everyone was very pleasant. I thank you all for helping my life and get off the myriad of daily Rx regimen from two of my physicians. I use the Queens location in between the Queens Center and Queens Place malls. Be sure to ask the pharmacist about a financial hardship discount, or a Military Veteran discount.

Their online consultation was very informative, very helpful. Ive been living with Chrons disease for 10+ years. They knew right away what to give me. A week later, Im glad to say I am now living a happy, healthy, pain free life for the first time in so long. For the rest of my life, I will never forget the kindness this company has given me. Ill never have to take a precribed drug again. Thank you for changing my life!!

Excellent customer service from phone to locations. Great products, all official medically produced..High ThC to CBD for experienced patients as well. Give these guys a try. Curaleaf didnt amaze me and at the time staff wouldnt handle me as a new patient like you would thing.Vireo?? A + Queens location..Thanks Guys!! Looking forward to our business together.

My go to dispensary in Queens. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about products available, and pharmacists take extra care in educating patients about the effects individuals may experience when using cannabis. I highly recommend their new distillates. Clean and fast-acting. I'd also recommend (if the option is available) to take advantage of online ordering ahead of time, and setting up a CanPay account for quick transactions.

They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, honest & responsive, which is important when you are still finding your balance. I haven't tried their products yet, but with Free delivery Daily, I'll be able to give 'em a review by this time tomorrow. & if for some reason i/you don't like their products, or want something they don't make, they carry products from numerous other companies, some of which I've tried & would use again. In summation, this could be a one stop shop without the stop. Thanks Vireo

It was my first time at this place. Its not as nice as other dispensary I've been to. I didn't know I had to make a special appointment to speak to a pharmacist to be allowed to make a purchase. I've been going to other dispensary for about 6 months so I know what I wanted. Plus parking is tuff over there. Only reason I give them 3 stars is the staff were nice.

DON'T BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY VIREO HEALTH!!! I have been a Loyal customer for 3 years, until today!! My last order arrival with a faulty seal and I lost $175 worth of Bulk Oral Solution. I placed a very substantial order this week and as a result of my losing $175 2 months ago The BOSS JOHN authorized Mia who is very nice to give me a 1x courtesy of 10% and a FREE BATTERY. Well when I saw my bill I was charged $10 for the FREE BATTERY!! I have watched them give the Batteries away for FREE for years. Why a company would lose a faithful customer over $10 is DISGRACEFUL! PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!. Medical Marijuana Dispensaries are all over now. PHARMA-CANNIS in the Bronx is much more reasonably priced and delivers. Farmingdale Long Island just opened a store and there are dozens of locations. JOHN NEEDS TO GO!!!! People like myself are buying over priced products that don't give much if any relief... WOULD IT HAVE HURT YOU JOHN, TO GIVE ME THE BATTERY FOR FREE LIKE PROMISED? OR LET ME RETURN IT? SAY NO TO VIREO HEALTH!!!

One of the pre filled vaporizer cartridges purchased was not properly filled with the seal still intact. I brought it back to the dispensary and to my surprise they refused to exchange and the counter person said it was my fault they couldn't return because I did not bring it back within 72 hours of purchase and actually asked me why didn't I notice it beforehand. When one makes a purchase they don't show you your items. They place it in a bag, seal it and hand it to you. I would advise anyone making a purchase to make them take it out of the bag & show you the contents before paying. I'm out $90. Expensive with poor quality control. Terrible customer service. When NY goes recreational maybe they will not be able to compete.

This is a great business! All customers are greeted and attended to by very professional and friendly staff. The business is located in a very convenient spot near major transportation options. The products are all very good despite being pricey, and they accommodate walk-ins. So after the initial appointment, which can easily be made online, you don't necessarily have to make an appointment if you become a regular customer. I highly recommend Vireo Health!

I'm just starting to use MM for Intractable Pain disease (a sub-group within the group of patients that suffer from 'Chronic Pain' - just worse), along with depression, severe anxiety, insomnia and other related ailments common to these conditions. The staff at Vireo is TOP NOTCH! I was able have my consultation and ask about/discuss their product line/offerings, etc. without having to make the trek from Staten Island to Queens. I'm disabled and at times it is extremely difficult for me to get around. Not only were they able to have the consultation without me having to make that long trip in my condition, but the fact that they *ALSO* are the *ONLY* local dispensary - to my knowledge - that delivers as well - just puts them "over the top".All of the reps i've dealt with so far are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Personally, I've dealt with a customer service specialist named "Nash" a number of times. IMHO, she is inordinately patient, professional and extremely knowledgeable about - not just THEIR product line - but about MM in general. I've found her to be an invaluable resource in general on this 'learning curve' on which many of us find ourselves. I would HIGHLY, STRONGLY and HAPPILY recommend this dispensary to anybody in need of one. Even the delivery person is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I haven't a negative thing to say about any person or experience I've had with them thus far .... it's always a pleasure doing business - and learning - from them. If you're searching for a dispensary - I'd strongly urge you to give them a try - you will not be disappointed.!
