I know there are other alternatives to the capsules which from what I hear are being reformulated. If I had had a heads up I think I would have bought more than one bottle of them to carry me through until they come back. They do work the best for me and I hope the formula changes are not too dramatic! The oral solution and The Vape are very nice but I do prefer the capsules for night time. The clinic is professional and efficient and I never wait more than 3 minutes for my order I thank you for that!

Parking has never been a problem. The dispensary is clean, comfortable and well organized. The staff are polite, well informed and helpful. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes. The products seem to be very high quality and certainly help me feel better. All in all, an excellent experience.

STAY AWAY! Customer service sucks!!! Made an appointment a week in advance, then woke up to a confirmation of my appoint for 12pm which I received at 8am. I drove 17 miles for my appointment to a nice sign that says they will not be open until 2pm. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. They respond very quickly to emails and phone calls. Never a long wait when picking up products that have been ordered in advance. Overall, the WP dispensary is an impressive operation. Well done!

Excellent staff, especially the front desk attendant. The location is clean and professional. I made my order online so I came to the White Plains location for a pick up. I waited roughly 15 minutes until I received my medication and was free to leave. I was satisfied with my overall experience and Vireo Health products are always top quality so I was happy with that too. Keep it up.

Reasonable prices compared to others, and a wide variety of their quality product to suit any need. Very easy to use website to set up appointments, order refills, and schedule deliveries. Deliveries have come on time, and the text updates make it easy to be prepared for their arrival. I highly recommend Vireo Health.
