This is a great place period. But If you are looking to get into the program or this is your first visit this is a great place to go. Schedule a consultation. They have a wide variety of products and are informed about all of them. Quality is excellent. Price is very competitive. If you have never been here before or it’s been a while since you have gone, I recommend you pay them a visit. They have increased their product line and decreased their prices. Employees were always great to deal with, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you.

Simple and Efficient. Never had an issue with pickups, and they honor my veteran's discount at the door. Though I wish there was a way do to do that when ordering.Otherwise everything is great.

Customer service is great! However, the variety of products and pricing is not competitive with neighboring states. Just recently Vireo introduced a variety of vape oil with terpenes. Unfortunately the packaging does not specify which terpenes are added and what their source is nor the amounts. This is standard information available when purchasing products in neighboring states. In a pinch Vireo is good to hold you over until you can visit a better supplier. I'm sure with time NY will catch up with the times but it's sad to see our state lag behind states like Connecticut and Massachusetts!*edit: Unfortunately I had to update the review and take stars away. This company recently took a step in the right direction and introduced a line of distillate for vaporizing with terpenes added to the oil in order to recreate the plants original profile(which strain they are trying to recreate was not disclosed). Although the company lists which terpenes are added they do not specify in what amounts like most dispensaries do. I emailed them to ask and in so many words I was told the information is proprietary and none of my business.

A dispensary in central Westchester is nice for those who don’t want to deal with Manhattan traffic or wait for a delivery if you need something same day. The products are OK in quality. They are extremely overpriced, however. $86 for 12.5ml of oral solution that’s got about 1/2 the potency of Med Men in Manhattan and the VeriLife dispensaries I’ve been to. Those products are cut with the same MCTs and terpenes. And 30ml are dispensed for about $75-$85. I would sacrifice the extra gas and time in traffic for it, quite honestly. Aside from the nice gentleman who checked me in, the environment isn’t especially welcoming. Management actually had the audacity to express frustration that I didn’t place the order online. Please excuse me for spending the day at work caring for children, trying to keep my food down while taking care of them— obviously sans any cannabis. I called ahead to ask if it was alright, and made it there for ONE item within 45 mins of closing time. Spent money there before via delivery. Of all places to walk into for medical care, you’d think a dispensary would be the kindest given the sensitivity of why people are there in the first place. The aloof welcoming in person made that the last time I’ll be visiting or ordering from Vireo in White Plains, or any location for that matter.

"So far the worst" I have had my card for one year and 8 months and have gone to many different dispensary so far this has been the 1 with the worst but I mean worst Service I have ever received so far. To the owners all I Have to say is that if you don't change managers your office will never be At its full potential and that is sad.

When Vireo Health first opened up I wrote a negative review because of the prices being so high. I'm very happy to write a positive review as they have lowered their prices a great deal, have free delivery which is amazing when your bed ridden from disease and the delivery workers are very kind and pleasant to deal with. Also if your having trouble financially they give you a 10% discount to help those of us who cant work. Now all we need to do is get New York to let us smoke flower with all the negative reviews i see about vaporizers exploding I think its a safer choice. Ive never had a bowl or a joint, or blunt wrap explode on me.

Product is really good! My pain has been a bother lately, Don’t like to take pain killers or over the counter meds! My first week on this product (distilled oils and lozenge) felt great! Canceled my cortisone shot appointment! Staff is really friendly and very easy to work with! Beginning in medical marijuana medicine this place is great! They deliver!

I have been to the White Plains office twice now, and both times I was treated exceptionally well. They took the time to counsel me and to answer all my questions. I was very nervous at first but the employees are professional and friendly. For my second visit I ordered online and received a call back to confirm everything and to ask me how I was doing with my pain management. The thing is, I felt like they really wanted to know because they cared, not just because I was a customer. Thank you to Vireo for treating me like a person instead of a number.
