Decent weed at decent prices but recently was deeply disappointed that locals no longer receive 20 percent off all flower all the time. Since the B.S. shutdown in mid March, the discount had been completely unavailable with the sad excuse being used that it was not available for delivery. After reopening, it was only available on Friday. So I made sure to get enough weed for all week every Friday. Today, I was told they aren't doing it anymore after I wasted a lot of time and driving just to have to cancel my order in protest of their bait and switch tactics. 20% off all flower all the time for all locals is what made your dispensary the best. Now your just like all the rest-unreliable and overpriced.

This is hands down one of my favorite dispensaries in Vegas! They have cheap flower and are super consistent. You even get 20% off on fridays on ALL of their flower which I think is really convenient. My favorite strains have been Valley Girl Ganja, Purple Goats, and Gelato Cake. All super tasty! You have to stop by and check them out!

5/13/202 in times of need this place has failed, online it states that a budtender will CALL with your final total but I waited over 2 hours and no CALL was ever made. When I called to ask why I had waited so long, I was told in a very uncaring and impolite manner, they had E MAILED me. I think something is wrong here. I was informed, when I called them to check on my order, that they didn't have the product I ordered, kept in mind i called ahead of time to confirm and was told to order online. I live just down the street and use my product to sleep, I also always tip. I'll never go back, this isn't my first bad experience but it will shure be my last. I also deleted my last great review because there are a few great employees but the rest are out for them selves. I hope everyone else has good experiences but my business wont be returning. Oh and I canceled my order due to lack of respect and professionalism.

Made a delivery order online at 2:30 PM. Waited until about 5, gave them a call. Was told my order would arrive within about an hour. At 9 PM I had still not heard from them. Called again. The guy said I had to send a picture of my ID and I told them I had sent it at the same time I placed the order. Was told I had to do it again because that was a long time ago (I'm aware, I'm the one who has been waiting this long) and as soon as the email came through I would get a call back to process the order. Never got a call back. I'll just hit NuWu for the drive thru then ✌✌

Delivery service and staffing is inconsistent. I ordered about 7 in the morning because it wasn't processed correctly, it resulted in me waiting longer for a delivery that was a mistake on their end. It's not the first 'bs' apology they've given me. This is strike two, NWC!The lines between street pharmacist and this dispensary is starting to become blurred! Over 8 hours waiting for a delivery!?

Pretty bad Business, I called today around 10 am and was basically Given the runaround all day. I get the fact that with all the shut downs around Vegas there’s just gonna be delays, but 7 hours when I live up the street is Unacceptable, I talked to several employees and all basically lied to me and said I was the next order out the door, I’m guessing the larger orders are getting priority so if all you got is 150 bucks to spend on your medicine I suggest calling planet 13 or the grove, much more professional and you’ll get your meds in a much more timely manner.

As of recently, all dispensaries have been advised to provide delivery only. Though it caused quite a bit of inconvenience for most of us, we still need to get our medicine. I was very irate to hear that local discounts and points accumulated could not be used towards delivery services with NWC. I am also irate at the lack of organization that this company has spewed since the recent change. I understand that certain practices are new and need to be figured out, but this has become outrageous. There should be no reason that I ordered at 7:54am and have yet to receive my order. It has been NINE hours and only 15 people were ahead of me. Also for my order to be delayed by a lazy and rude employee whose name I will not state, but let’s call them A is unacceptable, especially since noone offered a credit or anything of the sort. It was stated that A, never informed me to send in an ID and also inputted in the incorrect address, though repeating it back to me. Tandra immediately fixed the situation and my order will hopefully be here by 6. Though I appreciate Tandra and Victoria, A really messed it up for me and this will be my last order with NWC. In a time like this, if you have a job appreciate that job and show empathy. I have been throwing up for 9 hours, trying to hold on, but it is hard. So I hope that things change in the future for other customers, but I rather not shop with NWC again. I allowed too many mistakes to fly and this takes the cake. For further details I have sent an email to Frank about this altercation. So for others reading this, though some employees put a sour taste in our mouth, doesn’t mean the company is bad. I can say NWC has the most affordable prices for the best THC and Terpes and I have been to almost every dispensary in Vegas and NWC would be my number 1 on my list. Hate that things happened this way, but its life.

I can I even Express my horrible first time experience at this dispensary. I followed all the instructions given on how to order and end up getting the run around many customers after I came in were gone before i even checked out. waited around and nobody helped me. when I asked to speak to someone to tall about how its operated and my confusion none of the staff were helpful and said the guy in change Frank is never around and changed the loggy around and process and is more confusing... the main cashier told me that!!!! worse experience at any dispensary ever and will tell every business in town that. Would give a 0 star if I could.
