It’s Sunday and I drop my vape and break the glass... I’m at work so I figure I’ll go get a replacement on my break... I look up places close by for my 30 minute break... Hot Rod vape open 10-5, sweet! I rush over and there is a freaking sign on the door saying closed on Sunday... are u freaking kidding me... it’s almost 2020 we are not longer in the 90s update your hours online or lose customers that simple. Plus your address is wrong when using maps... had to use google maps (no big deal) just apple maps takes you around the block. Get your online stuff figured out, your probably losing a lot of sales...

Such an amazing place awesome customer service the owner of the shop Such a wonderful lady I actually used to smoke pack and a half of cigarettes a day I quit smoking now on vaping she taught me to get exact amount of nicotine I want it from the vaping I would recommend anybody who sees my comment you should go and get your products from that store Hot Rod Vapors

Started supporting this store when i moved to the valley because it was the only store open till 9pm. Now i wont step foot in the store. Prices were high and i couldn't stand that the owners kid would be running the show and have 4 of his friends or girlfriend just sitting there. If there is one thing i hate about vape stores is a bunch of 18 year old kids sitting in the store playing video games and eating food. Thought this was a business not a friend zone. Judging by the craigslist spam and the lack of cars in the parking lot now i would say others have had a bad experience. Buying juice online now and saving around $10 a bottle. Again sucks a bunch of kids seriously ruined a business.

Went in last night about 10 minutes before closing, and was originally going to pop in and out, I just wanted to look at some of the product there. My quick visit was turned around when we walked in. There was nobody in the store that I could see. I said hello several times, and no one answered. About 5 minutes later, just when I was about to leave, some other kids came in, set their stuff down, and knocked on the bathroom door. They found the employee in there, and I'm pretty sure he was smoking weed in the bathroom on the job. When he finally got to me about my questions, he was short and rude. If you want to smoke, go for it, but wait until closing. I definitely will not be going back.

Came in today despite what other reviews said. And i also wont be returning, room was so vape filled from the 8 or so people sitting around staring at me it it was hard to see and concentrate. One person behind the counter that was just chatting with someone nobody else offered help or? To do they're job? I ultimately walked out. Dissatisfied.

I personally love Hot Rod Vaporz; the customer service is great, and the knowledge of the employees on vaping and the safety involved is spectacular. However my most recent visit was interrupted by a rude customer that was clearly under the influence. The attitude and disrespect brought into the shop was incredible. Zack did a great job handling the situation and not letting the negative customer take over the store. All around great place, and I will be returning to help support local business!

One of the best shops in town hands down. Two locations one in N. Monroe and one in Valley on Pines.They offer a 10.00 off credit when you spend 100.00 using their five star points system whe n everyone else makes you spend 200.00 to get 10.00 off.The staff is VERY knowledgeable and super friendly and they'll even build could for you sub ohm er newbies until you get the gist of it (for a small fee)The owners Bud and Julie are awesome and super laud back and friendly. I will not go to any other store period.Could t be happier with their ethics and once Tory. Something for hardcore cloud chasing to newcomers that need pou Ted in the right direction.Thank you Hot Rod Vapor!!Lane

I stopped by because I couldn't make it to my usual vape shop... I was surprised by their selection. Pretty good stuff. The younger gentleman behind the counter was helpful as well.Prices are outstanding on juice. Will be back for sure. Edit:I'm not sure what happened between the time I posted my first review and now...I went in yesterday 12/31 @ about 3 pm and the gentleman with the face piercings looked incredibly high (maybe that's how he always looks, who knows?). Then when I asked for a specific juice the younger gentleman seemed kinda annoyed that I was interrupting their conversation.Both employees seemed like they were just "too cool" to really give me the time of day. When I chose the juice and paid, the younger gentleman gave me my change by putting it on the counter while my hand was in the ready position to receive it and without even looking at me. Then while his back was turned, he mumbled "yeah, appreciate it" ...I'm assuming, as it was a half hearted attempt at politely closing the transaction. This "too cool to be friendly" behavior gives the vape community a bad name. I could kind of understand this behavior in a tattoo shop, as that's the traditional attitude tattoo artists have... but a vape shop should be friendly. Again, not sure what happened between my visits, but I had a way different experience this time.

Not going here ever again!!! Don't know who the owner is but all they have working there Is a bunch of young ass stoner kids with all of their friends puffing out the whole time when you are trying to purchase something. And then they act like you are bothering their vape session. Very rude and immature.... Very unprofessional, and on top of that, they never have the atomizers I need. When I ask when they will get them in, they just look at me and say..dont know.... Not cool. Bad business!!!
