Update: In response to your company's reply message--i'm not sure you understand my frustration. I wrote this review at least a year ago and I'm only getting a response now that neither addresses the problem or attempts to resolve it. Y'all were under new management 4-5 months ago but I feel like you're only reaching out to my review now as an effort to make yourselves look good. If you did actually care, then you would do something about it. I understand that you're under new management but your owners have been the same for the last 5 years. It feels like you're avoiding responsibility by claiming there's been a shift in upper management and my experience will be different next time round. I will not consider coming back here until yall stop being greedy and pay me back the measly $30 or so I paid for a battery/pen. They would not honor a lifetime guarantee of a cartridge pen I bought from them. They said because they no longer carry that item, they are not obligated to honor the warranty. When I asked if they could compensate me in any way at all, they said no. I'm very disappointed considering this was my go-to spot for years but now I feel too jaded to ever go back there. I will also take this opportunity to point out that their selection of flower is overpriced for the poor quality they stock. Things have really gone downhill at this location. Budtender was friendly enough though.

Medical? You have no idea what you’re selling. Your budtenders are clueless (girl with the tat on her chin) . Be aware they make you sign personal information including email and cell phone even if you’re looking for recreational just to pass through the doors. Also they don’t sell anything less than an 8th but they don’t tell you that until you’re back there buying it. Do not come here for medical or recreational. It’s a scam and this whole operation is set up to make you spend the most from people who have no idea what they’re talking about and require unnecessary personal info.
Feedback:
Yes, you can buy rec here. I used my out of state drivers license and was fine. Just be prepared to sign a legal document and give them your name, address, and phone number for access. Oh and check the box that says ‘NO DO NOT text or call me with promotions’ While the employees were friendly, the operation here is a little backwards. First they had no pre rolls at all when I was there (really?). Second there wasn’t much of a selection of anything else either. They only had 1/8s available for purchase (Double really?). They gave me a few jars of different strains to look at and smell which was cool I guess. But then I had to pick a random can off the shelf and hope it’s just as good if not better than what I just saw in the display jar... The process had me scratching my head because the cans are blacked out and you can’t even see what’s inside. Not sure if that decision is state governed or by shop but it doesn’t make much sense either way. Lastly they had more bud on display than they had for sale. “Sorry we’re out of stock on that one. That one too.” Can I buy your display jar then? “Nope.”Hopefully this shop works its kinks out as the industry develops
