Overall Feedback:
Was 8 minutes late due to construction on the freeway. The recpetionist stated I was late and my appointment is now cancelled. Came in and there was no one in the waiting room. The appointment was with Mya or Myra, she was standing in the hall and told the receptionist she could no longer take me. I left and stood outside for a phone call for about 20 minutes. No customer came in. Too bad, she didn't try and make it work because i am pretty generous with my gratuity. Stick to my favorite places Anaheim Hills and Costa Mesa! Their customer service is phenomenal!
