Don't bother. Go to a salon with actual professionals. Terra Dispirito burned my scalp from her bleach solution getting way too hot in the foil. She apologized and gave me ibuprofen when it happened but now when I sent her pictures she claimed that no such thing happened and that I have alopecia. I went to 3 different dermatologists who all confirmed that it was a bald secondary to a burn. They said she burnt it so deeply that it burnt off my hair follicles and now scar tissue has formed over it, meaning I am permanently bald. Terra DiSpirito is incompetent and she is a liar. I have never been so mistreated. Save yourselves the nightmare and go to a real professional.
