I was denied at the door cause my license is expired yet if you go to the government website if it's expired in the month of May your okay untill September...I tried to explain that and he said I don't care not here good bye....but I can go to reef thrive apothecary and essences with no problem...not going here again after spending over 1400 in two months...yes I can provide a print out stating what I just said....check your guys attitude at the door cause you never know how many people you can cut off just by treating one person wrong...

So my original post is below and I will say things are much much better. Even before the doors opened back up, the way they were handling things had improved. So I'm changing my review. Things were hectic and they did what they could to serve everyone. I was just impatient. Keep up the good work. Original reviewCant understand the praises. Maybe it because I'm one of those people who doesnt like slow paced service. They seriously need to fix the drive through service. Should be dedicated people per lane to help move things along; one for orders, a runner and a extra for whatever. Even if you order online and the person takes your cash, it still takes half an hour before u get ur order.

5 stars! Visiting from Los Angeles on Thursday and Friday and was not really sure what I was in for being a new place and all but as we went thru the drive thru we were greeted and immediately felt welcomed. The bud tender named Ali- what a gem! She was welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. We just came in for an edible and left with a large purchase. What an asset she must be to your company in sales. I left with bath bombs, bud, pens, cbd. She really knew her stuff. I wish we had bud tenders like her in L.A. my husband is a disabled Vet and he is absolutely and unbelievably amazed at how she educated us on what would be the best products for all his ailments, pain, and best for PTSD- he has NEVER felt this good in decades! Needless to say we went back a second because of her. Please do us a favor and thank Ali for us.

I’m sorry I forgot her name but the nice female working the drive thru mon to Friday 8 to 4 pm is very professional while giving above and beyond 5 star service to me personally, that’s why I’m a weekly loyal customer to this location, other location in the north really has terrible service without any improvements. Just come here make the drive it’s definitely worth it. Thank you nuwu downtown and to the drive thru female. She should be promoted! Went to nuwu today again, never met the gentleman working the drive thru today VICTOR I believe his name is, above and beyond service again little things count nowadays regardless what field of your work in are in, little recognition goes a long way I think. Thank you again VICTOR I’ll be back only to this location!

Always a good deal to be had! This dispensary has become my favorite because the price shown is out the door, and the math is easy, and it's really close to where I reside downtown.Also, I appreciate the fact that they always give me my 10% military discount on my word. That means a lot to a Veteran like myself.

This past week I visited Nuwu for the first time. I didn't really have all the knowledge I needed to make my purchase. Salesperson Kristin C. was very helpful and insightful in giving me the knowledge I needed by answering all my questions and making great recommendations. Nuwu is a great store with likewise employees. There are other stores that are a lot closer to me, but now I have to make extra time to do my shopping at Nuwu.. you should too.

Very convenient drive thru plus they carry the Roots Hash Oil Vapes! The best vapes both cartridges and disposables. The only true hash oil. Massive difference if old school and know what hash oil tastes like. The Roots white box distillates are great too! No doubt the best in town by far! Thanks for staying open thru pandemic.

Super cool place, and overall a pretty good experience. Our only problem was the lady that helped us acted arrogant, & went we would ask simple questions about the strains, & she would give us short answers, & was pretty rude about it. We felt like she was rushing us the entire time we were there. This was our first time going to a dispensary, so we were really excited, and she kind of ruined the experience. Everyone else was super nice, it was just the lady that helped us. Product is great though!

Not sure what the malfunction is with the online ordering system but I just had to exchange my order 3 times cause it was not what I ordered at all, sad thing is it was 1 oreroll, if you can't get 1 oreroll order right how do you expect to get the big orders right? Train the dude running the counter cause he doesn't know what the hell he's doing!!!
