Call Monday morning wait until after lunch to get a response..... "sorry all orders are filled for the week"...... so by monday after lunch you guys run out for the entire week.... good luck getting any new customers... on second thought there is no luck needed when you treat people like used T.P.

The best clone place around, HANDS DOWN! I have purchased 100+ clones two different times through these people and each time they were super healthy, dark green, giant white roots shooting half inch from cube and pest/PM free.I purchasing a different strain through another vendor recently and they fell WAY short of these guys product. Wont use anybody but west coast clones from now on.

I had a great experience ordering, and I will order from them again. Pros : - placing an order was easy. - they confirmed and showed up on time - I received quality clones - they carry the latest strains - they have a wide variety of strains - they have great pricing - the driver was very helpful - plants are clean with killer roots. - I broke one of my clones and they replaced it no questions asked.Cons : - they have a really good product so they book up fast. If they are booked you may not get your clones same day, but nevertheless I only had to wait 3 days.Overall I would recommend this company for clones. See you guys again soon!

Horrible customer service. Refuses to give prices on anything. If u ask for a brochure they tell you to take your business somewhere else. Are these guys for real? After reading reviews from other people, they want you to met in a parking lot, seriously? Their suppose to be some big time growers they ain't nothing but a joke. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

So far so good. I'm a very small time personal grower who grows less than the legal limit for personal use. Prices on herb used to be great until the CA tax hit, so now I have to grow for myself because I can no longer afford to buy my medicine from a retailer. Which is cool because I can monitor everything I put into my soil, etc...Anyways, about West Coast Clones. At first I didn't get a response, so I texted again and they responded right away. I understand tho because it gets super busy this time of year. Finally I was able to put in an order for pickup a week out. Still, over all, the process was fast and I'm happy. Once I actually picked up the clones, I realized the order was a bit off. Again, I don't mind because the clones looked good and they actually gave me a couple more than I ordered. Plus, half of what I ordered (GG4) was there. I mean, I really couldn't remember what I ordered but she gave me a call on my way home to let me know and to rectify the situation. Honestly I was happy with what I had but she offered to exchange or keep. She was very professional and courteous. People have to understand that these clone companies are really busy and not everything goes smooth with the growing process. We as customers need to understand that and allow for problems. We need to slow down and not expect them to jump at the snap of our fingers. Patience is the key. I would definitely order again. The clones look GREAT and the roots are white and healthy. Leaves are a nice green color as well. Coming from a person that used to root in 7 days, I can confirm these clones are legit.

I had an appointment to meet in a parking lot which is pretty shady but then they never showed up!!! I waited there for like an hour and when I tried to call them they don't pick up the phone. I bought somewhere else..

I used this fake name because I don't want them to retaliate on me. First they had me meet a guy in a parking lot where I stood there for over an hour waiting for them to show up. Then the guy that showed up looks like someone who just got out of prison!!! Then I get home and two of the clones are yellowing.. Poor quality and poor customer service.
